Spacious, beach short distance , quiet

Our stay was great! Our place was clean & had all the items we needed. Just a few steps away to the pool bar which was amazing!

The check in time was very late. Had to kill half a day before we could get into the room. The property was very clean and nice. The condo was very roomy and clean. I wish they would have provided a coiple bottles of water.

Very misleading description of location. NOT ABLE TO EVEN SEE THE OCEAN. OVERLOOKED THE BACK OF A BAR AND RESTAURANT. NO ICE AVAILABLE OR WERE WE TOLD WE NEEDED TO BRING OUR OWN. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE LIVING AREAS. WHEN BRINGING TWO NEW ELDERLY PARENTS WHO WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING THE OCEAN THEY WERE DISAPPOINTED. DAVE WAS GREAT HOWEVER NO INROOM MAPS, OR RESTAURANTS ON SITE. THANK YOU

I've stayed several times in different condos at Bella Sirena in Puerto Peñasco. This specific one had a nice layout for adults with two king beds. Unfortunately the condo was not clean and by the time we arrived which was little after 4pm the cleaning crew was still working on the property rushing over things. We had to wash all covers since they were dirty and used and they didn't have any extras available even though we were staying for a whole week. The person in charge did offer to bring us some but by the time he answered we had washed everything. The property looks like it hasn't been restocked since they convert it into a short term rental. All kitchen utensils, pots & pans, etc. are old and some unable to use. There's not a grill in the condo's patio like in all other condos, but the property itself has one by the jacuzzi. The property manager responded late to my messages and even mentioned that I couldn't bring my two pets who are certified as support animals. He said is not allowed by the property which is not true since I asked Bella Sirena's management at the entrance when doing the check in. They do have potty places throughout the property and plenty of space for pets. Overall this place does look like in the pictures but everything is old.
