This home features by far the finest views you can get of Lake Arrowhead - in fact the two floors feature gorgeous panoramic lake views in 7 out of 10 potential rooms. It has been updated to include a primary bedroom on the top floor (replacing a game room). This floor also includes a bathroom, an extremely well-equipped kitchen and huge lakeside dining area. Up to 10 guests can easily enjoy the spacious living areas, bedrooms and cavernous kitchen and dining space. The location is generally extremely quiet (except maybe on some Saturday nights - when we heard quite a bit of noise after 11 p.m.). It's a short drive away from dozens of restaurants, several grocery stores, shopping and other services. Guests can use the two-car garage plus another street parking spot. The two TVs on the top floor are large-screen and easy to use to stream favorite programming. The lower level has three bedrooms and several bathrooms - one with a huge soaking tub with a grand, sweeping view of the lake country. The house is situated on the end of a cul de sac and set in such a way that outsiders can't see in but you can see out with an almost unrestricted view of towering trees and the lake below. Communication through VRBO messaging received nearly immediate responses. Our one complaint was that we were not made aware that there is a lower floor under the two floors made available to us that is rented out to a tenant as an apartment. We generally did not encounter any difficulty with this.

Amazing views from many rooms and the deck. Views that you can’t capture in pictures, but just need to experience them live.The house was very clean and included many little details so we didn’t have to run out for anything that we may have forgotten. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was roomy and well stocked as it had everything we needed. The bedrooms were also roomy.The jukebox was a nice surprise our teenage daughter enjoyed it a lot. Hubby spent a lot of time playing the nostalgic video games.It was a quiet peaceful stay and spent most of our time looking at the views. This trip was exactly what we needed-thank you!

The house was exactly same as pictures, very cozy with an amazing view of Lake. It had everything you need for a vacation home, we had a great stay and enjoyed the view and house.

We really enjoyed our second year of celebrating our anniversary here. We were disappointed we couldn't stay an additional night. Maybe next time.

This property is fantastic! Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lots of amenities and attention to detail are easily noted. The kitchen is well stocked, however the refrigerator is very loud and intrudes on the serenity. I am sure in time it will be replaced.The views are out of this world! The photos cannot capture the glorious lake and lanscape. I would have given 5 stars for every category and our experience, however there are a few things I must make mention of. I want to be clear that I would absolutely book this rental again in the future. This list is for more transparency and fair warning for anyone considering this property.***This home is divided into 2 units. The property description should emphasize this boldy and more clearly. We thought someone was in the house, as we could hear noises and footsteps at night and banging noises from time to time. We missed the small mention about the 2nd unit, or we would not have been as scared thinking someone was in the hall and upstairs. We also experienced lights and the TV on (we never turned it on) when we woke up that were off when we went to bed. I contacted our host after the first night, and after a lengthy and very apologetic delay I was informed of the other unit and assured we were safe and the other guests had no access to our unit. The other happenings were addressed with reasonable explanations. Book the rental! Expect that noises are possible. Relax and enjoy your stay!
