Great location for walking to Wrigley for Cubs games, nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants & shops, street parking available a block or so from unit. We had no problem finding a spot. Check in process was not exactly clear, but we figured it out. Pictures of door provided where keys are located has been updated since pictures were taken and we were not quite sure we were at the correct location. This unit is up a couple flights of curvy stairs. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay for 2 people. Bring a fan as temperature is controlled by somewhere else, you cannot control it from within the unit. Would definitely book again.

We spent three nights and the place was perfect. Clean, convenient, cozy and very comfortable for our needs. The space is compact, but just what we needed. If you want a comfortable and convenient apartment in a fun part of town, you can beat this one. The bed was so comfortable! The host was lovely and warm. He communicated every step of the way and we knew he was near if we needed anything. Great Vrbo experience. Highly recommended!

Was in town for an extension of a business trip and decided to stay in my old neighborhood (which never disappoints). Demitri was amazing with check-in/check-out instructions and responded quickly to my messages. So many nearby great places to grab all types of food and so close to the lake. It is a walk-up building so not too bad, but worth it!

The location is great, lots of good restaurants plus shops for anything you might need. The property had everything I needed for a comfortable week long stay. Also, quiet during this holiday week. Will definitely stay again.

Cute 1 bedroom. Building and location is very quiet and convenient to lake view area. Located on 2 nd floor of a walk up older building. Well appointed with coffee and creamer shampoo/ conditioner, and the extras that you don’t feel like buying for a short stay ie oil oil, salt/ pepper. Etc. property mangers very responsive
