Booked this apartment via Stayz/HomeAway in Australia after searching many similar properties in the same area. Booking process was simple as was payment. Subsequent directions to property & check-in information was excellent with the property contact waiting for us on arrival. Spent 3 weeks in the apartment & everything was as expected. There was a small problem with the hot water for a couple of days but the manger arranged to have it repaired promptly. In short, great apartment, well managed by the local contact & owner. Will definately stay again.
