We stayed in Unit 3 and it is a beautiful apartment with high ceilings and every amenity we needed for a good stay. The owner has provided a complete kitchen of items that make cooking at "home" easy and convenient. If stairs don't work well for you, or your prefer a softer bed, then use caution. The shower is absolutely STUNNING, and the hot water lasted forever. the gated parking is a small lot, so a smaller vehicle works best, and being comfortable backing in to a parking spot will make getting out of the gated lot much easier. There is a dog park and playground out back and it was fun watching the kids and the dogs enjoy the sunshine. Some noise from the neighbors above, and the neighbor below smokes outside on the landing. Easy access to pharmacies and grocery stores, and Door Dash and Uber had no problem finding the building. Great proximity to 290, which made getting to downtown, the museums and other attractions easy. Owners are quickly responsive to questions.

Check-in was easy. It was nice to have off-street parking. It's close to a lot of downtown activities without being super noisy and in a safe area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice, reasonably quiet. Cozy and modern! Bed was too firm for us but you can not please every one. Host was very attentative and answered our questions promptly. There are 3 flights of stairs to get up to the property, so if that is difficult for you avoid this. It wasnt a problem for us. We really appreciated the off street parking. Nice place. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here in Chicago. Family of 5 with three teenage boys. Apartment gave us lots of space to spread out. Quiet building; we hardly heard any noise from others. Loved having two bathrooms and a full kitchen plus washer/dryer for our family. We used the Western stop nearby for transit. Easy checkin. Great communication and response time from host. Definitely recommend.

Condo was amazing! Kitchen stocked, beds were comfy and 2 bathrooms was amazing. I had 3 teen age boys and we had plenty of space. Close to downtown and all the sites in Chicago. Alex was great to work with and quick to respond. We had a great time!

Impressed with the comfort and quality of the entire unit and main bedroom. Bedside lights, small desk with mirror, very nice bathroom and shower. Kitchen is well-equipped and living room sofa is extra deep. There are two full flights with landings at the back of the unit. Initially a pain, but then we adapted. Close to UIC and Rush Hospital. Some, but not a lot of dining or shopping options within walking distance. But immediate area is nice and the included parking spot is a big plus.

Our stay was pretty good overall. It was nice, quiet, and had all the things we needed for our stay. The host is a great communicator, and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. We liked the room to move about, the gas fireplace, the main shower with the rain shower head, the gated parking space, and the small fans in each room (stored in closets) was a bonus! There are a few things we didn’t care for though: It’s on the third floor. Thought I might have overlooked this when booking, but upon looking again, it does not tell you. Contemporary decor, immaculate, super comfy beds and pillows, great showers and water pressure, well-stocked kitchen, really (really) quiet. Bonuses were side-tables next to beds, plenty of drawer and closet space, and clear surfaces to settle in and make it our own for a few days. Oh, and two blocks from the blue line! Hard to beat!

Booked this wonderful apartment for my wifes birthday weekend, this place is everything the host said it is. The beds where very comfortable, the home has very nice furniture, Big T.v, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Very well put together. Parking was easy, 2 min walk to the blue line to take it right into town. Very quit neighborhood. From booking, checking in, and then checking out was very easy, Alex did a fantastic job! We appreciate you letting us stay! Keep up the great work!

We stayed in Unit 3 and it is a beautiful apartment with high ceilings and every amenity we needed for a good stay. The owner has provided a complete kitchen of items that make cooking at "home" easy and convenient. If stairs don't work well for you, or your prefer a softer bed, then use caution. The shower is absolutely STUNNING, and the hot water lasted forever. the gated parking is a small lot, so a smaller vehicle works best, and being comfortable backing in to a parking spot will make getting out of the gated lot much easier. There is a dog park and playground out back and it was fun watching the kids and the dogs enjoy the sunshine. Some noise from the neighbors above, and the neighbor below smokes outside on the landing. Easy access to pharmacies and grocery stores, and Door Dash and Uber had no problem finding the building. Great proximity to 290, which made getting to downtown, the museums and other attractions easy. Owners are quickly responsive to questions.

Blue line train just a short walk away. Was also able to walk to favorites like Chick fil a. Nighttime was quiet, which we really appreciated. Everything was as expected.

Impressed with the comfort and quality of the entire unit and main bedroom. Bedside lights, small desk with mirror, very nice bathroom and shower. Kitchen is well-equipped and living room sofa is extra deep. There are two full flights with landings at the back of the unit. Initially a pain, but then we adapted. Close to UIC and Rush Hospital. Some, but not a lot of dining or shopping options within walking distance. But immediate area is nice and the included parking spot is a big plus.

Excellent property in cleanliness and only 1 1/2 blocks to the Blue Line to downtown Chicago. We had our own off-street parking space and it was close to neighborhood stores and restaurants. Great experience!

We rented this vacation home for a girls’ weekend in Chicago and truly enjoyed staying there. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was taxi drivers would not drop us at the rear alley entrance to the building (the entrance we were instructed to use) citing ‘safety concerns’, so we would have to walk around the building to get to the rear entrance. We never felt threatened while staying there so I’m not sure where they were coming from. All in all we would not hesitate to reserve this same property if we decide to do another Chicago weekend!

This was a great place to stay! 2 blocks to the L, a coffee shop around the corner and close enough to the United Center to walk. It was the perfect place for our quick getaway.

We loved staying here! It was very clean and well taken care of. It was perfectly described in the listing. I really appreciated the gated parking lot. I felt very safe here with my family. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Great communication with the owners. Will definitely stay here again next trip.

Check-in was easy. It was nice to have off-street parking. It's close to a lot of downtown activities without being super noisy and in a safe area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable & clean accommodations. Clear directions for getting in & having a parking spot in back was so nice! This location was perfect for getting to the United Center. And the cutest coffee shop around the corner Muse!

We had a great stay! The apartment had plenty of room and we felt comfortable the whole time. The property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
