Arnolds Park Iowa Street Funhouse

The property has several pros and cons: Pros: good location, you can walk to almost everything you want, but doesn't have the noice of closer houses.The house was large enough to accommodate my family and it's so great to have a bathroom on every floor, as well as the laundry area was wonderful! We loved the large yard and made it fun to play outside.Cons: there was several things that were broken which included one of the two fridges. We had to toss out several groceries because it didn't cool enough. The bar stools had bolts fall out so I was worried to have anyone sit on them. There was mold in the tub which was just caulked over. The rental group could do a better job of maintaining their property.

Overall, we were able to enjoy our stay at this property. The cleanliness was very acceptable. However, the description incorrectly listed beds as being queens that were actually full(one upstairs, one downstairs). Also, one of the basement bed frames was broken which created a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. Additionally, no large trash bags were provided or dishwashing pods or detergent, even though those items were included in amenities in the listing. A broken ceiling fan in the living room made it impossible to turn on, and a leak under the sink spilled over on the last morning as we were cleaning up to go. Overall, I believe more care could be taken in prepping this property for guests. I will say that Cara was very accommodating to give us an extra night for free. Hopefully these problems will be fixed with our feedback. Working with Customer Service was easy and helpful.
