We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Teresa was extremely helpful — made check-in easy, gave us all the information we needed, and was always very responsive when I had questions. The apartment was well located for us - a 20 minute walk to Wrigley Field and a 7 minute walk to the Brown Line station. Definitely recommend this place.

Roomy and well-appointed condo just off the busy Southport Corridor area. Nice bathroom and spa tub, towels and glasses/plates in the kitchen with anything you might need during a short (or long) stay. About a 7-min walk to the Brown Line and 15-min walk to the Red Line and all that the surrounding neighborhoods have to offer. Property manager Blaise was easy to work with and very responsive - would definitely stay here again for another fun neighborhood experience.

We booked the property for a concert at Wrigley . The location was wonderful - Close to shopoing restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the back yard and deck. Would definitely stay again!

15-20 min walk through some nice neighborhoods to Wrigley, plenty of places to eat at, whole foods down the street, super comfy beds for crickety backs, super cold AC, great decor!!! And finally great hostess. Go Phillies!!

We had a wonderful stay, and this location was perfect for our family vacation. The deck out back is a perfect place to read a book and drink some coffee to start your day. We loved being walking distance to a grocery store, liquor store, and plenty of bar and restaurant options. A quick 15 minute walk for us on the Brown Line to head downtown. Be sure to check out S&G's restaurant for breakfast, and get a pizza from Side Street Saloon!

Truly enjoyed spending the weekend at this property. Close enough to Wrigley and downtown, nice neighborhood, great overall stay. Super comfortable beds, fun stylish decor and everything we needed plus more. And a helpful, responsive host. Would definitely recommend.

Received no communication on how to enter the property so I had to reach out to the owner. The listed owner isn't the owner...? Or the property's manager changed...? Either way I got no response via the app so I called and the person that answered said they had to call someone else. Eventually I got a response and got in. Once in there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and the property is listed for 6 people, somewhat frustrating. The house has signs for no smoking, but clearly people have smoked in it as it had a smell of half smoke and half cleaner. 3 stars for the location and being a place to sleep but not many advantages beyond that.

This property was well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The unit is on a busy street, but there is very little street noise in the unit, and none in the bedrooms. Blaise was very responsive and helpful with all our communications. The beds were comfortable, but I would add that one of the bedrooms is quite cramped having 2 queen beds in it. The unit is conveniently located for buses and the El, and the neighborhood has a number of restaurants and a nice grocery store within walking distance.

I booked this VRBO with my two brothers for a weekend of fun going to the Cards/Cubs series over the fourth. I booked it mainly because of its location close to Wrigley Field. I booked this VRBO with my two brothers for a weekend of fun going to the Cards/Cubs series over the fourth. I booked it mainly because of its location close to Wrigley Field. 15-20 min walk through some nice neighborhoods to Wrigley, plenty of places to eat at, whole foods down the street, super comfy beds for crickety backs, super cold AC, great decor!!! And finally great hostess. Go Phillies!!

We had a wonderful stay, and this location was perfect for our family vacation. The deck out back is a perfect place to read a book and drink some coffee to start your day. We loved being walking distance to a grocery store, liquor store, and plenty of bar and restaurant options. A quick 15 minute walk for us on the Brown Line to head downtown. Be sure to check out S&G's restaurant for breakfast, and get a pizza from Side Street Saloon!

Safe neighborhood, great access to restaurants. Great walk to Wrigley Field. Easy to orient around the area. The house was perfect, had all the needed amenities and more. Clean and mostly quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in a very nice area of Chicago. Walked to Cubs game and area restaurants. Wonderfully safe walking neighborhood! Apartment is perfect for 4 adults and so creatively decorated. We didn’t use jacuzzi tub, but what a nice feature. Washer & dryer came in handy. We didn’t cook any meals, but kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We utilized garage parking, which was very helpful. Love the cute backyard and deck space! Lake Shore Drive into Chicago was 20 minutes & beautiful. Matthew was helpful and responsive. Would definitely rent from him again!

GREAT location, GREAT price. Walkable to anything you need in a nice, quiet, calm neighborhood. Super happy with our stay in Chicago at the Vrbo and the host was super nice and accommodating.

This place is fantastic if you want to be walking distance to Wrigley Field (15-20 minutes), great breakfast places (The Little Goat, Ann Sathers), cool architecture, and numerous fabulous dining options. There is a bar on the corner as well. The place has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with 2 queens.
