Dean was an excellent host, communication was prompt. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Access to the slopes was great with excellent views. We all had a wonderful time. Would stay again.

Fun and unique property right on the mountain! Dean was a very good and laid back host. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was a perfect location for a ski weekend with friends from out of town. We had a larger group, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was well equipped, we would definitely stay here again!

Our group’s 15th year spending MLK in Eville. Loved the location, the lived-in coziness of the house. Great spot to let the kids come and go from the slopes, while watched the Bills game! The main level was a great hangout spot for both adults and teens. The house is very dated, which is extremely common for the area, but also limits functionality. Carpet in bathroom, antique oven, main floor toilet doesn’t really flush, etc. We had a couple issues, which I would hope would be ironed out for future rentals. Wi-Fi wasn’t posted anywhere. Lots of cobwebs and dusty corners. And, the hot tub was putrid… a major reason we chose the property.
