Broken AC, had to ask numerous times for a sponge to clean pans. Overall poor communication from host. Good location.

This stay was great as we avoided the extra crowded hotels on Michigan Ave. It was a great spot in the south loop. Furnishings and decor were above standard and the feel of the unit was as excellent as the views. There is not much food close by but if you're a walker there is plenty of options a half mile away.
