Urban Charm 4BR-2BR Retreat with Patio & Parking

Very quaint house. Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location. Very clean.The only possible negative was the staircase is very narrow and steep and the top bathroom is in The middle of the bedroom.I would stay again.

Great get together areas. Felt like home. Host was very friendly to help out with directions and recommendations.

Great location! Comfortable town home! Only suggestion is, don't drive in. Backing up from the rental dead end was extremely hard! Think more description of direction access should be explained! We will stay there again, but won't ever drive to the dead end and need to back out, with several back and forth maneuvers to get around a very tight turn, with metal poles on both sides!

We loved this property. It is so charming, and the location is amazing! We could walk everywhere: city hall, Rittenhouse Square, Italian market, etc.. Be prepared for lots of stairs. I would not suggest it for small children or the elderly; the stairs are treacherous and there is no bathroom on the main floor. You have to walk several blocks to find a place for your pet to do business. But if you want an authentic Philadelphia experience in a wonderful neighborhood, this is your place. Super clean and owners super sweet!

This an historic house that has been modernized just enough to be comfortable. Jeff provides a little history in a binder on the coffee table. Excellent location. We walked everywhere. Felt safe on a small alley with nice neighbors. We were unable to use the reserved space (no attachment with code), so that cost us $60+. No instructions for coffeemaker, so used upstairs single coffee machine. We needed but couldn't find potholders. I did not like sending PII over internet; my friends say they did not have to do that.when they used VRBO.
