My first issue is VRBO states 11am check out but was then told 10am sharp to be out due to other renters coming. The house was not very clean, was not stocked well for your own cooking and eating which is why we got a house. Only 5Forks and spoons which is exactly how many guests there were. The dishes were dirty. Beds were not comfortable, only half the lights had working light bulbs. The floor was broke and we kept almost falling because of it. As coming from out of state it was a huge disappointment especially for the price. Should have stayed at a hotel. Better accommodations and cleaner.

The entire house smells badly of cigarettes and was dirty with many things broken. The kitchen is seriously lacking in supplies (3 forks, 2 spoons, scratched Teflon pans, plastic plates, no cooking bowls, etc.). The host refused to refund my stay and said that the house does not smell like cigarettes. Me and my children smell so badly of cigarettes that our family we were visiting could smell it on us.
