Renovated APT Perfect for Romantic Weekend Getaway

This apartment is spacious, clean, and looks great. There is everything you need within walking distance. Grocery, restaurants, and the Riverwalk. The host was very good about communicating and responding. The most important question is if I were coming back to Cali again would I stay here? Absolutely. It’s not a party house. You have neighbors, and you can get proper sleep here. There are plenty of bars if you want to go out all night, too. This was an excellent vacation experience.

From the moment my wife and I saw the listing for this Cali apartment, we were excited by the photos online. But actually seeing the apartment in person was even more amazing. It was so beautiful and clean that we were both taken aback. The place looked even better than the photos. This set the perfect tone for our three-month stay. Before we booked, we had a lot of questions, especially about laundry since we were staying for a while. The host quickly answered all our questions, and even though he initially told us about a nearby laundry service, we were happily surprised to find a brand-new washer/dryer in the apartment when we arrived. It showed how much the host cared and wanted to make our stay comfortable. We did have a small issue when heavy rain caused some flooding on the deck. But after I texted the host, he quickly had someone fix it by installing a bigger drain, all on the same day I reported it. This quick response was really reassuring. The host also gave us great tips for housekeeping and cooking services, which made our stay even better and allowed us to really enjoy our time without worrying about chores. The apartment's location was perfect. It was close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, and a casino, adding fun and convenience to our stay. The river walk was just a block away, offering a peaceful place to relax, and we were only 15 minutes away from exploring all the different neighborhoods, thanks to a major street nearby.
