Classic Style Sullivan's Island house - Very Charming! 1 block to beach & walk to fabulous dining!

House is a bigger than it looks in the photos. Big fairly open floor plan, good yard for dogs.Messaged three times to get the check in information with no reply. No information was sent prior to our arrival. Finally, had to call the property mgmt office and was told to come to them to pick up the keys. Also, no check out information was provided, which can get pretty specific with other rental properties. Had to call to ask what to do with the keys. They asked for us to bring the keys to them to their office. This is all information that could have easily been in the rental posting.

We loved staying at this amazing beach cottage so much & truly didn’t want to leave. It’s cozy, with all the basic you need for a comfortable stay. The bed in the primary bedroom was really comfy. The screened porches on the front & back of the house were wonderful places for us to relax and read. What stands out the most is the location!! You can’t beat it. A block from the beach & a block from all the restaurants/shops. We hope to be back soon!!

great location... great house...

We picked this listing because of the location on the island. It’s the perfect walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The property itself felt neglected. Furnishings are tired - chairs on the covered porch were falling apart. We had to move beds in order to plug in lamps that had been unplugged. The kitchen felt dingy and the crazy assortment of dishes felt like they were collected from Goodwill. A mat covered the drain in the primary bath (the only renovated room) where tiles were coming off of the shower floor. I love an old beach cottage, but this place needs some attention.

This was our 3rd stay at this property. It’s right around the corner from the beach path and all the restaurants. We love that we can bring our fur family and it’s very comfortable. Have already booked again for March! Can be a little loud during the season because of location.
