Beautiful home on a nice piece of property. Good for mobility challenged. Main floor accessible without stairs. Lovely decor. Extra amenities like toothbrush and shampoo. Responsive host. Would highly recommend. Will likely return.

Great house. Great location. Great host. Everything was perfect. The views, the atmosphere, the house condition, the heat worked like a charm, the WiFi was super fast, and the location close to great spots such as Portsmouth, Portland and a few national parks. Jason the host was very nice, helpful and super fast replying our questions.

Beautiful house! Comfortably slept 12 people (8 adults, 3 teens/preteens, 10 year old, and a dog). Beds were very comfortable. There was space for everyone. Wi-fi worked well. Multiple people could shower at once and no issue with hot water. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Enjoyed the kayaks, ended up driving them to the beach because it was a little far to walk and carry them. Toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins were provided. We ended up buying tissues. Owner was very responsive. Great stay!

Vacation with my children & grandchildren and stayed 7 nights in this beautiful newer home. Everything was just as described in the listing. Worked out perfectly for my family. We all loved the open floor plan with the awesome kitchen. The lower level was a wonderful family room that we spent quality time in. Lots of time around the poker table playing cards & games. At the private beach we used the paddle board, swam & fished. Fun had by all. Firepit area was great at night. The deck was perfect to hang around on. Did lots of grilling. Went to Butternut Farm & did Blueberry & Peach picking. This place was amazing! Wish I was close enough to go back in September when all the different varieties of apples are ready to be picked. The blueberries were the best I have ever eaten & the peaches were amazing. Especially the Saturn peaches. Oh......an honorable mention to the cider donuts. OMG! Amazing. Also an amazing restaurant called "MrSippy BBQ". In Rochester (an awesome little town!). Honestly one of the best BBQ I have ever eaten. Everyone's meals were outstanding & the service was excellent. Hilltop Fun Center in Somersworth, NH was a great day trip with the kids. They have 4 different tracks of go-karts (height appropriate tracks for all age groups), mini-golf, laser tag & an arcade. The laser tag was so much fun!The house & its location worked out perfectly for us. We had a memorable vacation. Shout out to the host Jason. Thanks for the memories.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Jason was good to communicate with the whole time. Nice open space for everyone to hang out. Kids could disappear to the basement when they needed to. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of games to play and liked the accessible kayaks. Would have been nice to hang up clothes in the upstairs bedrooms, but the dressers worked fine. Overall, we had a great week.
