What an unforgettable stay! This lake house is a total dream. Fun, relaxing, and packed with adventure for all ages. My son called it his dream house the minute we arrived, and he was right! He spent hours fishing off the dock and playing chess. Meanwhile, I got to kick back with a book by the water, take in the mountain views, and enjoy some real peace and quiet. Whether you’re looking to be on the go or just unwind, this place has everything. Paddleboat? Check. Kayaks? Yep. Beautiful views, fire pit, comfy beds, and all the extras? You bet. Nothing was spared. It’s perfectly set up for families, couples, or anyone who just wants a great time.Mary was an outstanding host,warm,responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail. This property is meticulously clean, up-to-date, and also very comfortable. It is well-appointed with a coffee bar and equipment for activities, such as paddle boating! The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is conducive to bicycling and hiking. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at this beautiful lakefront home!! The host is super sweet and made our welcoming to the home very comfortable and inviting. Caught so many fish and absolutely loved sitting on the dock and enjoying the mountain views with the awesome sunset!!!! Had a blast, the home is breath taking and has everything you need. We will definitely use the house again in the future.

The house was exactly as explained and was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! Was so clean and cozy with gorgeous views and an excellent backyard for hanging out with the family. The host was more than gracious and very easy to communicate with. We had a blast fishing and riding the paddle boat and loved the convenience of restaurants and other places in the area.

There are so many things to do at this house. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Outdoor area was so nice, secluded and backyard that overlooks lake to fish. We would highly recommend. Host was incredibly kind and gave us great ideas!

Mary, the hostess is so pleasant to work with. The house is quiet in a nice neighborhood, centrally located not too far a drive to baseball spring training & golf. We found plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, spices. Just needed to pickup food. Good news, Fry's grocery store is only a mile away, so it is an easy stop on the way home from whatever we were doing. The morning sun would reflect off the water and in the afternoon shade we sat out on the patio or on the dock. It was a great way to start and end the day.Thanks Mary!

This home has it all, and the host thought of everything. Mary was there to greet us and walk us through the property to make sure we knew where everything was and she checked in on us the next morning via text to answer any questions we may have. The home is beautiful, with a dock to the lake, kayaks, paddle boat and all of the comforts of home. We will definitely stay again! Thank you Mary!

Great location! The house was clean and was stocked with everything needed for our stay. Teens loved the paddle boat, kayaks and fishing on the dock. Will stay here again if in the area. Definitely recommend this property!

Definitely worth staying here over a hotel. Home was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed all her games, bikes and boats. The playground nearby was also a treat, especially for our dog. I was skeptical of all the 10 ratings but for this place the reviews are accurate.

Thanks to the visitors ahead of us leaving the house tidy and Mary getting her team into clean, we were able to get into the house a little early. Wonderful view of the fountain from the patio and great to be able to sit on the dock. You can hear the 101, but it was not disruptive to our stay. Rooms were spacious. Mary was great, meeting us at the house to show us around and explain all the wonderful things she had for our use. She checked up on us to see how things were going which was a nice touch. If you are looking for a place by the water, this is your place!

I everything was super clean and smelled great. Some thoughtful snacks were provided. There were several fun things for the kids to play. The paddle boat was a little difficult to maneuver but overall everything was fantastic.

The property provided everything we needed. Mary was amazing. Super flexible with changes that we had to make during the booking phase. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had everything you could need. Didn't use the lake or toys, but everything was there as advertised including two sets of golf clubs, with some decent clubs included. Check in/out were effortless. Couldn't ask for more in a rental. Thanks Mary!

Great expectations will finally be met when you stay at this one! Puts every other experience below this new level of standard of a VRBO rental. The accommodations were above and beyond —clean, comfortable and the property manager could not have been more available. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Safe area and kid friendly. Just a wonderful weekend place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s home in Glendale. The home was immaculate, toys plentiful and the location on the water was an added bonus. Mary checked on us several times in order to make certain we were happy. We will return as soon as the property is available! It was perfect for us.

Mary was a very attentive host. The house is stocked with fun! We'll have to come back when it's cooler to play all the games in the garage. Everything was clean and the kitchen is stocked and labeled with many accessories, spices, coffee, condiments and so much more! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We would look forward to staying here again.

1st) the house is amazingly close to so many fun options around the area. (I suggest Westgate and can lake entertainment centers) including top golf, the sports parks and stadiums. 2nd) the house itself is awesome. A very clean and kept house right on the water. We weren’t at the house a ton but when we were we spent most of that time in the back yard, on the deck, or on the lake! Thank you so much for helping our trip be awesome!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable family style home which was very clean and well stocked with games and equipment for activities. It was nice to have several sitting areas inside and out. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog, making our stay even more relaxing. The house is in a safe, convenient location- great neighbourhood close to recreation and shopping and pretty views, but somewhat noisy due to proximity to the 101 highway. Mary was an excellent host who kept in touch to be sure we were happy there. Thank you, Mary!

Perfect location; perfect home, perfect host! My friends and I enjoyed this home very much. Wonderful space for everyone! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was marvelous and well supplied with abundant dishes, silverware, and a huge variety of cooking & baking utensils. The patio with views of the lake & mountains made the patio our “hang out!” This was truly one of the nicest VRBO rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Mary was a wonderful hostess who was attentive without ever being intrusive. Allowing our dog to stay made our visit even better. Wonderful rental experience!

What an unforgettable stay! This lake house is a total dream. Fun, relaxing, and packed with adventure for all ages. My son called it his dream house the minute we arrived, and he was right! He spent hours fishing off the dock and playing chess. Meanwhile, I got to kick back with a book by the water, take in the mountain views, and enjoy some real peace and quiet. Whether you’re looking to be on the go or just unwind, this place has everything. Paddleboat? Check. Kayaks? Yep. Beautiful views, fire pit, comfy beds, and all the extras? You bet. Nothing was spared. It’s perfectly set up for families, couples, or anyone who just wants a great time.Mary was an outstanding host,warm,responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail. She made our stay seamless from start to finish. She’s by far one of the best host we’ve had the pleasure of working with. The property provided everything we needed. Mary was amazing. Super flexible with changes that we had to make during the booking phase. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had everything you could need. Didn't use the lake or toys, but everything was there as advertised including two sets of golf clubs, with some decent clubs included. Check in/out were effortless. Couldn't ask for more in a rental. Thanks Mary!

The house was exactly as explained and was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! Was so clean and cozy with gorgeous views and an excellent backyard for hanging out with the family. The host was more than gracious and very easy to communicate with. We had a blast fishing and riding the paddle boat and loved the convenience of restaurants and other places in the area.

Mary, the hostess is so pleasant to work with. The house is quiet in a nice neighborhood, centrally located not too far a drive to baseball spring training & golf. We found plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, spices. Just needed to pickup food. Good news, Fry's grocery store is only a mile away, so it is an easy stop on the way home from whatever we were doing. The morning sun would reflect off the water and in the afternoon shade we sat out on the patio or on the dock. It was a great way to start and end the day.Thanks Mary!

This home has it all, and the host thought of everything. Mary was there to greet us and walk us through the property to make sure we knew where everything was and she checked in on us the next morning via text to answer any questions we may have. The home is beautiful, with a dock to the lake, kayaks, paddle boat and all of the comforts of home. We will definitely stay again! Thank you Mary!

Mary is an exceptional host. She checked in often and tailored items at the rental based on information provided. We especially enjoyed paddle boating on the lake, the park across the street, and the numerous games found around the house. Our 2 year old daughter also had a blast! Thanks to the visitors ahead of us leaving the house tidy and Mary getting her team into clean, we were able to get into the house a little early. Wonderful view of the fountain from the patio and great to be able to sit on the dock. You can hear the 101, but it was not disruptive to our stay. Rooms were spacious. Mary was great, meeting us at the house to show us around and explain all the wonderful things she had for our use. She checked up on us to see how things were going which was a nice touch. If you are looking for a place by the water, this is your place!

Mary was a very attentive host. The house is stocked with fun! We'll have to come back when it's cooler to play all the games in the garage. 1st) the house is amazingly close to so many fun options around the area. (I suggest Westgate and can lake entertainment centers) including top golf, the sports parks and stadiums. 2nd) the house itself is awesome. A very clean and kept house right on the water. We weren’t at the house a ton but when we were we spent most of that time in the back yard, on the deck, or on the lake! Thank you so much for helping our trip be awesome!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable family style home which was very clean and well stocked with games and equipment for activities. It was nice to have several sitting areas inside and out. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog, making our stay even more relaxing. The house is in a safe, convenient location- great neighbourhood close to recreation and shopping and pretty views, but somewhat noisy due to proximity to the 101 highway. Mary was an excellent host who kept in touch to be sure we were happy there. Thank you, Mary!

Great expectations will finally be met when you stay at this one! Puts every other experience below this new level of standard of a VRBO rental. The accommodations were above and beyond —clean, comfortable and the property manager could not have been more available. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Safe area and kid friendly. Just a wonderful weekend place to stay.

We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at this beautiful lakefront home!! The host is super sweet and made our welcoming to the home very comfortable and inviting. Caught so many fish and absolutely loved sitting on the dock and enjoying the mountain views with the awesome sunset!!!! Had a blast, the home is breath taking and has everything you need. We will definitely use the house again in the future.

Perfect location; perfect home, perfect host! My friends and I enjoyed this home very much. Wonderful space for everyone! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was marvelous and well supplied with abundant dishes, silverware, and a huge variety of cooking & baking utensils. The patio with views of the lake & mountains made the patio our “hang out!” This was truly one of the nicest VRBO rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Mary was a wonderful hostess who was attentive without ever being intrusive. Allowing our dog to stay made our visit even better. Wonderful rental experience!

I everything was super clean and smelled great. Some thoughtful snacks were provided. There were several fun things for the kids to play. The paddle boat was a little difficult to maneuver but overall everything was fantastic.

Everything even better than expected from the excellent reviews - location, cleanliness, contents. We enjoyed the patio, view and yard, games and kitchen. We had arrived late and it was so nice to have breakfast items available in the morning. Communication from Mary perfect. Have breakfast at the Sunshine Breakfast Bar.

We had a lovely stay. Felt like we were saying at a family member’s home. Every amenity we needed for comfort including coffee maker, smart TVs, washer/dryer etc. We were visiting relatives so we didn’t use any of the “Toys.” But loved sitting out on lanai with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and taking in a view of the lake, fountain and mountain. Thank you Mary for sharing your home.

We would definitely recommend this home! Mary was very responsive and helpful. The backyard was very peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing with the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. We also played a lot of cornhole, rode bikes, took walks through the neighborhood and played basketball at the nearby basketball court. We were close to everything we wanted to do - Lake Pleasant, day trip to Sedona, hike on the Arrowhead trail, several restaurants, and the outlet mall. There was a lot of space for our family of 4. The house was very clean with all the amenities as described. It was fantastic!
We would definitely recommend this home! Mary was very responsive and helpful. The backyard was very peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing with the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. We also played a lot of cornhole, rode bikes, took walks through the neighborhood and played basketball at the nearby basketball court. We were close to everything we wanted to do - Lake Pleasant, day trip to Sedona, hike on the Arrowhead trail, several restaurants, and the outlet mall. There was a lot of space for our family of 4. The house was very clean with all the amenities as described. It was fantastic!
