This beach house has it all! We comfortably stayed for a weekend with family members ages infant to 72 under one roof and enjoyed all of the amenities and thoughtful touches this home has to offer. The beach, pool, fire pit and hot tub were the big hits but there are also several games, outdoor sport equipment, beach supplies, and a game room/ theater to chill and relax after a day in the sun. The hostess was very responsive and friendly. Everything in the home is organized and labeled so there is nothing left questioned. We would recommend this place to any and all. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice house. Just as advertised. Great beach. Pool was toasty in the cold weather we were unlucky to have. Strollers and nice little high chair for infants. It was great to have the pool table and ping pong when the weather was so bad. We plan to try coming back in better weather.

We loved everything about our stay at this oceanfront home. From the moment you walk in the door, the open views of the ocean make you say "wow!" We were a group of 9 ladies from all over the country (from Alaska to right there in Cocoa Beach), and we all felt like we were a million miles from home on our women\'s wellness retreat. The house was welcoming with a personalized note, snacks and drinks, coffee, games, ping pong/pool table, poker table, hot tub, beach chairs/toys, boogie boards, surf boards, and so many spaces to relax both indoors and outdoors. Everyone mentioned how comfortable their bed was, and the house was very well stocked with anything we could think of. I would definitely stay here again!

House was beautiful and clean, with lots of amenities. Heating system failed, but host was very responsive. The kitchen was fully equipped to allow us to cook multiple large meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool on the chilly days. Very easy access to the beach.

This is the perfect beach house with all that you need. We had a group of 13 and there was more than enough room for everyone. Beach access is great and the pool is clean. Great communication with the owner. We had a problem with the door alarms and the pool alarm. She came over and replaced the door alarms then called in the pool company to fix the pool alarm. Great experience and we would love to stay here again!

It was such a great time! We loved the openess of the home, the number of king beds in bedrooms with private bathrooms, the ping pong table, the pool, and private beach access. We wouldn't change a thing and definitely book again and again!!

Great house and location. Pool and hottub. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Homeowner supplied so much- bikes, spikeball, pool table and pingpong- amenities galore. I texted the owner with questions and she got back to me right away- amazing. I have stayed a lot of places and this one gave you sooooo much. Thank you Michelle!

We had a perfect view from the beach of a night time launch. Kids were amazed. House is beautifully equipped and well maintained. Felt very private. Will go back for sure. The kids devoured the goody basket. Master views were amazing. Main house living area view with wall to wall windows was perfect.

My husband and I stayed with our 2 adult sons for our 45th wedding anniversary. The property is absolutely stunning. The house has every amenity that you could think of and more. The special touches that the host supplied like the personal note and basket of goodies made it feel so special. The location being right on the beach, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, the decor and quality of everything was great! We also saw a rocket launch from our beach which was amazing. We look forward to staying again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We've stayed at many VRBOs and this one was our favorite! Lots of space, comfy beds, equipped with everything(lots of beach supplies and towels so don't over pack beach stuff) and best of all the pool, hot tub, fire pits and the outdoor living space. The view is fantastic! Kids surfed all day(took lessons from Rich Best), used the pool, hot tub, fire pits, enjoyed the views, went to Coconuts, ordered in pizza one night from Mangia & Bezi and saw a launch! Thank you for making our family trip and memorable one. We'll be back!

the house was amazing! So close to the beach, private pool, hot tub, the rooms were amazing and so well kept up. Lots of furnishing with snacks and a welcome sign when we walked in, toiletries, beach equipment, games, coffee everything was amazing! We would stay here again and again!

The house was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. From the personalized welcome note and snack basket to the stocked fridge with sodas and water and helpful communications before and during our stay. Everything we needed was provided, including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, fresh towel sets (for bath and pool), basic spices, and fully stocked kitchen supplies. The TVs are large and had no technical issues, the beds are super comfy, and the best part is the panoramic beach views from the living and dining room. There are 2 large sofas, and the layout works perfectly for large groups to have privacy and their own bathrooms. The pool is in the front of the house, where it’s less windy and warmer in the afternoon, and the hot tub was a nice spot to relax. There is a closet with plenty of outdoor activities and a wide range of board and card games for our group to play after dark. We took advantage of the boogie boards, ping pong, and poker table. The location is close enough to all the action (about a 15-minute walk) but just far enough away to feel quiet and uncrowded. We had 2 cars, and it was a pretty tight squeeze in the driveway. I recommend backing in so it's easier to get out with the gate since you must open/close when leaving and exiting on a busy street. Overall we would highly recommend and are already planning a return back next year!

Absolutely loved this property ! It had it it all. The yard was great for kids when we weren’t at the beach, location to the beach was so close! Heated pool was so refreshing after the beach! Very clean! We would live to come back!!

House was in excellent condition, well stocked kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms. Hostess provided a snack basket and beverages. A lot of living areas to spread out. Convenient location to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Pool was clean and maintained, lots of pool and beach toys and equipment available. Beach was an easy walk. We had a great week’s vacation with the whole family. The house and host were superb! We had a couple questions and they were responded to and taken care of within that day. The house was very clean and the best location you could want. Very quiet area. Coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance from beach and sidewalk. Grocery store within 2 miles. Very safe feeling area. Loved the beach! Pool! And hot tub! Plenty of shade around the yard and by the pool. Loved everything about the house can’t say enough good things! We would love to come back sometime. Thank you Michelle for everything🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle's VRBO in Cocoa Beach. The location was fantastic, great access to an area of the beach that was less occupied. The house was great, it fit all of our needs. We used every square inch of it with our 17 guests. Michelle was extremely helpful with all of her recommendations for our stay. She recommended a professional photographer, private chef, fitness center, bakery for a custom birthday cake and a bicycle rental shop. Everyone of them were PERFECT! Thank you for an amazing stay in Cocoa Beach!

We had a perfect view from the beach of a night time launch. Kids were amazed. House is beautifully equipped and well maintained. Felt very private. Will go back for sure. The kids devoured the goody basket. Master views were amazing. Main house living area view with wall to wall windows was perfect.

We've stayed at many VRBOs and this one was our favorite! Lots of space, comfy beds, equipped with everything(lots of beach supplies and towels so don't over pack beach stuff) and best of all the pool, hot tub, fire pits and the outdoor living space. The view is fantastic! Kids surfed all day(took lessons from Rich Best), used the pool, hot tub, fire pits, enjoyed the views, went to Coconuts, ordered in pizza one night from Mangia & Bezi and saw a launch! Thank you for making our family trip and memorable one. We'll be back!

Beautiful home and view with beach access…everything you could want to do is either provided or close. Convenient to 4th Street Fillin Station for welcome dinner and Fin Expeditions for bioluminescent kayaking. Homeowner was very responsive…even found some expensive items we left and arranged the returns. Perfect home for the perfect wedding weekend…will bring family to stay again. Many thanks for the hospitality!

We scheduled a family get together to celebrate our mother’s 94th birthday and we wanted to tour Kennedy Space Center so booked this house. We could not have been more pleased! This house has everything you could want , plus a few things you wouldn’t even think of! Their attention to making us comfortable with little extras was much appreciated and we will probably book this house again! I had several check ins from the host and she made sure we had everything we needed and let us know she was available if anything happened. We got to see 2 rocket launches and the location was spectacular .

House was beautiful and clean, with lots of amenities. Heating system failed, but host was very responsive. The kitchen was fully equipped to allow us to cook multiple large meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool on the chilly days. Very easy access to the beach.

We had the family together to celebrate a monumental birthday. The amenities were awesome and all little things were considered when setting up this property. Communication with the host was extremely timely, and any issues, however small, were dealt with promptly. Would have like to have an extra hour to check out, was difficult rounding up the kids, however, all instructions and timelines were extremely clear! Cant wait to come back, thank you Michelle for being an outstanding host!

We had a great week’s vacation with the whole family. The house and host were superb! We had a couple questions and they were responded to and taken care of within that day. The house was very clean and the best location you could want. Very quiet area. Coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance from beach and sidewalk. Grocery store within 2 miles. Very safe feeling area. Loved the beach! Pool! And hot tub! Plenty of shade around the yard and by the pool. Loved everything about the house can’t say enough good things! We would love to come back sometime. Thank you Michelle for everything🥰

The house was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. From the personalized welcome note and snack basket to the stocked fridge with sodas and water and helpful communications before and during our stay. Everything we needed was provided, including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, fresh towel sets (for bath and pool), basic spices, and fully stocked kitchen supplies. The TVs are large and had no technical issues, the beds are super comfy, and the best part is the panoramic beach views from the living and dining room. There are 2 large sofas, and the layout works perfectly for large groups to have privacy and their own bathrooms. The pool is in the front of the house, where it’s less windy and warmer in the afternoon, and the hot tub was a nice spot to relax. There is a closet with plenty of outdoor activities and a wide range of board and card games for our group to play after dark. We took advantage of the boogie boards, ping pong, and poker table. The location is close enough to all the action (about a 15-minute walk) but just far enough away to feel quiet and uncrowded. We had 2 cars, and it was a pretty tight squeeze in the driveway. I recommend backing in so it's easier to get out with the gate since you must open/close when leaving and exiting on a busy street. Overall we would highly recommend and are already planning a return back next year!

House was in excellent condition, well stocked kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms. Hostess provided a snack basket and beverages. A lot of living areas to spread out. Convenient location to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Pool was clean and maintained, lots of pool and beach toys and equipment available. Beach was an easy walk. My husband and I stayed with our 2 adult sons for our 45th wedding anniversary. The property is absolutely stunning. The house has every amenity that you could think of and more. The special touches that the host supplied like the personal note and basket of goodies made it feel so special. The location being right on the beach, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, the decor and quality of everything was great! We also saw a rocket launch from our beach which was amazing. We loved the property and location. It was plenty big for our big group that came for the Colorado at UCF football game. Loved we could walk to Coconuts on the Beach and Salty Bagel and all the surf boards and water supplies were awesome. Owner was great when our wifi went out and she got fixed for us asap. beds were comfy too. Loved the pool and ocean views!

the house was amazing! So close to the beach, private pool, hot tub, the rooms were amazing and so well kept up. Lots of furnishing with snacks and a welcome sign when we walked in, toiletries, beach equipment, games, coffee everything was amazing! We would stay here again and again!

We loved everything about our stay at this oceanfront home. From the moment you walk in the door, the open views of the ocean make you say "wow!" We were a group of 9 ladies from all over the country (from Alaska to right there in Cocoa Beach), and we all felt like we were a million miles from home on our women\'s wellness retreat. The house was welcoming with a personalized note, snacks and drinks, coffee, games, ping pong/pool table, poker table, hot tub, beach chairs/toys, boogie boards, surf boards, and so many spaces to relax both indoors and outdoors. Everyone mentioned how comfortable their bed was, and the house was very well stocked with anything we could think of. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights over spring break and had a great time! House was plenty big with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. From sand toys to surf boards and chairs to a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots and pans and even reusable yeti like glasses we didn’t need to bring much! Rooms and bathrooms are large and having the pool and beach was a bonus! We would stay again!

This was the perfect home for our group with 4 en suites, nobody had to share a bathroom! The beverage fridge was full of sodas and there was a welcome snack basket that we snacked on all week. The home was updated and immaculate. Every bedroom had a charging station meaning we didn’t have to search for outlets to charge our devices. The view was perfect and the roll down screens across the back were a delightful bonus. When it got too hot at the beach we just retired to the pool to cool off and finish our tans. Best house we’ve ever rented!

The home was updated and immaculate. Every bedroom had a charging station meaning we didn’t have to search for outlets to charge our devices. The view was perfect and the roll down screens across the back were a delightful bonus. When it got too hot at the beach we just retired to the pool to cool off and finish our tans. Best house we’ve ever rented!

Perfect family beach house! Super clean, great location, beautiful views, and easy beach access. The hot tub and pool were such a bonus. Plenty of room for everyone, and the host was fantastic. Best family vacation we’ve had
