My wife and I were very impressed with this rental home. It was very clean and everything worked well. We loved that the host set out guides to local attractions and a book with some of the history of the home, farm, etc. And the views of the river were just amazing!

This was the perfect compromise for our family. The boys wanted to fish all day on the river and the girls wanted to sit on the beach all day. This house allowed us to have two vacations at once! It was affordable, spotless, had plenty of room for our family, and was set up with everything we could possibly need (like a hotel)! The setting was incredibly peaceful and amenities were all we could have asked for. It’s a short drive to the beach and we never had trouble finding parking or a spot on the beach, no matter what time we got out of the house. Everyone was super friendly and were easily accessible for questions/suggestions. We even had delicious pizza delivered to our little secluded spot. Make sure to take a nap on the hammock, it can’t be beat. 😎

What a beautiful place to just unwind . We loved staying here . Kayaking was easy access and wonderful. Hosts are kind helpful people . It’s a slice of heaven. Very comfortable with great views !! Highly recommend!!!!

The house was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need. You are close to Pocomoke, Assateague and Chincoteague. The town of Snow Hill has great shops and beautiful historic houses. Regina & Jeff's place is a slice of heaven on earth. I'm hesitant to state that publicly because one of the property's greatest assets is that it's a hidden gem. There are virtually no other properties on the river nearby, so it felt like we had the whole river to ourselves. It was so easy to rent a canoe and paddleboard for the weekend and have it delivered to the house. There are somehow very few mosquitoes even though it's hot and humid outside. The property itself is well supplied and CLEAN. Very clean. My wife and I have stayed at many rentals across the country and this is one of our favorite. You will feel submerged in nature, with all the amenities to make it feel like glamping. Plus the hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions. The only downside is that there aren't a lot of restaurant options nearby, if you are into that, but the well-supplied kitchen & grill made up for that.

Very clean. If you're looking for a nice quiet country stay, this is the place. I brought my kayak and it was an easy kayak launch. Very convenient. If you're kayaking, please wear your PFDs. There are a lot of speed boats in that part of the river and they zoom by you creating sizeable wakes.

Our hosts were very friendly and prompt with all communications. The home was very clean and provided additional essentials. The views of the Pocomoke river from the living room were quite the added bonus. The location is private and peaceful and about 30 miles from OC, MD and Chincoteague, VA. We can't wait for a future return to your lovely property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is lovely.We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was on hand and the cottage is super clean. The host provided lots of information about the local area and the cottage has nice touches of local and eastern shore history. The view of the river is awesome and the cottage property is beautiful. We saw beautiful cypress trees, cypress swamps and had a great visit to assateague.

We know Snow Hill well and typically go every summer, this time we wanted to show the area off to friends. The Cottage we stayed at was the perfect size for 2 families, a great location a few miles out of town right on the Pocomoke River. The Cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. If you would like an eastern Maryland shore experience in a small town off the beaten path, can't go wrong with this location.

Absolutely perfect. The home is beautifully appointed and super comfortable. The location was amazing, with quiet days and calm waters. It was so relaxing. It’s close to Assateague which we were looking for. Loads of wildlife for the kids to see. We can’t wait to go back!

The cottage was more than we hoped for. We needed a place to stay in Snow Hill for our daughters wedding weekend. We arrived at late in the evening from wedding to do’s, got unloaded and settled in for the night. Woke up the next morning to the best view ever! My only regret is not being able to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Regina was the best! Made sure we had what we needed and was always available if needed. I highly recommend a visit to the cottage for the weekend or longer.

We always enjoy spending time in nature on the Pocomoke River in the spring. The house was a great way to do that and watch the tides go up and down, etc.. We walked the Nature Conservancy Trails at the Nassawango Preserve, Pocomoke State Forest and Assateague National Seashore. The house is perfectly situated between the ocean and the Chesapeake. We enjoyed going to Snow Hill and Berlin. The host allowed us to charge our electric car so we didn’t have to waste time in town on that. She also let us stay late on our last day, so we had a leisurely morning before packing.

Beautiful house complete with everything you could need. An absolutely gorgeous river view and the nicest of hosts. Very private and quiet. We LOVED it!
Beautiful house complete with everything you could need. An absolutely gorgeous river view and the nicest of hosts. Very private and quiet. We LOVED it!

This property is lovely.We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was on hand and the cottage is super clean. The host provided lots of information about the local area and the cottage has nice touches of local and eastern shore history. The view of the river is awesome and the cottage property is beautiful. We saw beautiful cypress trees, cypress swamps and had a great visit to assateague.

Absolutely perfect. The home is beautifully appointed and super comfortable. The location was amazing, with quiet days and calm waters. It was so relaxing. It’s close to Assateague which we were looking for. Loads of wildlife for the kids to see. We can’t wait to go back!

We traveled to Snow Hill due to my daughter playing in the USSSA East Coast National's fastpitch softball games. The location was perfect given it was in between OC and Salisbury where the games were held. The property was very clean and had everything you would need. From the linens being provided to the shampoo's, soaps, dish liquid, etc., the owners when above an beyond to make it as comfortable as possible for those traveling. We brought our canoe and fished in the Pocomoke during downtime and enjoyed walking our dogs on the property. The owners were very nice and live right next door should there be any concerns. I definitely would recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful place to spend your vacation.

This was our 2nd stay at Snow Hill. The house has a peaceful and beautiful river view. The deck is great for a morning coffee and evening glass of wine. The house was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need. You are close to Pocomoke, Assateague and Chincoteague. The town of Snow Hill has great shops and beautiful historic houses. We will be back!

We know Snow Hill well and typically go every summer, this time we wanted to show the area off to friends. The Cottage we stayed at was the perfect size for 2 families, a great location a few miles out of town right on the Pocomoke River. The Cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. If you would like an eastern Maryland shore experience in a small town off the beaten path, can't go wrong with this location.

Very clean. If you're looking for a nice quiet country stay, this is the place. I brought my kayak and it was an easy kayak launch. Very convenient. If you're kayaking, please wear your PFDs. There are a lot of speed boats in that part of the river and they zoom by you creating sizeable wakes.

This was the perfect compromise for our family. The boys wanted to fish all day on the river and the girls wanted to sit on the beach all day. This house allowed us to have two vacations at once! It was affordable, spotless, had plenty of room for our family, and was set up with everything we could possibly need (like a hotel)! The setting was incredibly peaceful and amenities were all we could have asked for. It’s a short drive to the beach and we never had trouble finding parking or a spot on the beach, no matter what time we got out of the house. Everyone was super friendly and were easily accessible for questions/suggestions. We even had delicious pizza delivered to our little secluded spot. Make sure to take a nap on the hammock, it can’t be beat. 😎

Regina & Jeff's place is a slice of heaven on earth. I'm hesitant to state that publicly because one of the property's greatest assets is that it's a hidden gem. There are virtually no other properties on the river nearby, so it felt like we had the whole river to ourselves. It was so easy to rent a canoe and paddleboard for the weekend and have it delivered to the house. There are somehow very few mosquitoes even though it's hot and humid outside. The property itself is well supplied and CLEAN. Very clean. My wife and I have stayed at many rentals across the country and this is one of our favorite. You will feel submerged in nature, with all the amenities to make it feel like glamping. Plus the hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions. The only downside is that there aren't a lot of restaurant options nearby, if you are into that, but the well-supplied kitchen & grill made up for that.

The house was very clean, well kept. Everything we needed was there. From being able to rent a boat and have it delivered, to adjusting check in and check out times to accommodate our trip better, everything was great.
