Remodeled 3BR Vegas Pool House with Arcade

Overall, this property was nice and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The view from the backyard was beautiful. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had some issues with the keypad on the front door and the keypad for the garage wasn’t working but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for getting to the strip and the airport and there were great restaurants and shopping centers in the area.

First bedroom needs a new mattress. Son slept on it one night and then two nights on the couch.

The house was comfortable, and we really enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio. The house wasn’t very clean. The property manager promised to send cleaners but they never arrived. The pool was also dirty and did not get cleaned during our stay. There were some other issues, as well. If the owner takes care of these, the house will be a great value and more pleasant.

Out stay here was disappointing. We hoped that the plave would be as warm and inviting as the pictures. Instead, it was void of any personality or decor. The beds were covered in just a sheet and ultra thin blanket, the towels were old and stained, light bulbs were burned out, the furniture was old and stained, and the place felt outdated and forgotten. The remodel mentioned must be 25 years old. The place was loved at one time but not now. Is it corporate owned?The spa smelled - we were afraid to use. The pool water was 2" below the tile line. There are zero luxury touches -- it is more suited for multi-families with kids and dogs. The business license expired in 2025. Somebody better pay attention to this place.Communication with the manager was prompt. It seems like management wants to do the right thing. They just need to spend a few dollars on this place to bring it back .
