Bluewater Bay Hideaway- Relaxation Destination w/ private pool

Overall our stay was decent. Im a fairly calm person and go with the flow but there was a larger concerns that seemed dismissed right off the bat and i no longer felt reaching out would do any good so I kept a list in which i left at the property. No one ever reached out. We had a snag with check-in time however the host did provide a little money toward our family staying busy due to the delay. It was enough for dinner for our family of 5 so we accepted and I even commended the communication and customer service. Pros- very nice house, cute decor, spacious. Random amenities not listed in the description. Good location and overall would love to stay at the property again.Cons- for the price I paid for a weeks stay.. the hot tub didnt work and we informed her on the first morning there. Nothing was done. The jets in the jacuzzi tub didnt work as advertised. My son slipped on the floor in the master bath after a shower due to no rugs. Spent an hour blowing up pool floaties to find out almost all were popped. One dish towel in the kitchen.. I had to wash it daily. No drying rack, the pots and lids dont match and it was missing normal items. Grill was absolutely filthy. Should have checked prior to shopping for food. No spatula made pancakes our first morning fun. 3 rolls of toilet paper seems a bit tight when again, I paid the price I did. Again, no contact since our stay to apologize for the missing things that were the main points of why we booked it in the first place.

Great home for families in different cities to meet and spend time together. The pool, outdoor patio and hot tub were perfect for a variety of ages.
