Wir verbrachten wundervolle Tage in dem tollen Haus, direkt an einem kleinen Strand gelegen mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Im Haus war alles sauber, es war grosszügig und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Der Check in war genau wie beschrieben und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir waren traurig, dieses kleine Paradies zu verlassen und bedanken uns sehr für einen Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus.

Great place on the east coast to stay. Plenty of space in the house and secure parking. Loved the lanai to enjoy morning coffee and evening.cocktails. Kitchen has everything you need, if you want to save on eating out. Grocery store is close. Places to shop and restaurants within a couple blocks walk. Bike/ walking path right out front. Situated next to a preschool, so if the sound of kids playing bothers you, this is not the place for you. Not luxurious but comfortable, with individually controlled air conditioning in each room. We used the provided beach chairs and mats/ towels on several days. We rented snorkel equipment on our last day and swam with a sea turtle. Definitely visit Poipu Beach Park after 4 to see the turtles come on the beach to sleep. That was highlight of the trip! So was the mountain tubing adventure. Would definitely go back and stay here.

Appreciated the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, and washer and dryer! There were 7 of us so the 3 bathrooms was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start out by saying we would 100% book this property again and probably will the next time we return! It appeared to be the SOLE rental house on the beach along the east coast of the island/Kapa'a area. We stayed for 10 nights, and had our 2 kids (7 & 10) and for a few days another friend (so a total of 5 people) and had plenty of space. LOVED having the patio looking right at the beach and the sunrise. LOVED being right on the beach and the walking path. And LOVED how we could walk quickly into town and were in a central location on the island as a whole. It may seem like a minor thing, but it was also great to have a big outdoor area to park and hose down and transition from outside to inside. While this property was still cleaner than more expensive ones we've stayed at, it does have a somewhat dated look inside and some of the furniture and appliances could use an upgrade. But the management team rocks -- once we locked ourselves out and they quickly responded and got us back in immediately. And everything we needed during our long stay -- from beach towels & chairs to matches -- was there. Would definitely recommend!

wir (4 Erwachsene "best ager") blieben hier 5 tage und haben es genossen. Das Haus liegt zentral und hat eine lebhafte Umgebung , vom großen balkon schaut man über einen öffentlichen weg (Jogger, Fahrradfahrer etc) und ein kurzes grasstück auf das meer / der sonnenaufgang ist von hier aus fantastisch - ein seitlicher balkon bietet den sonnenuntergang (im Januar) - man kann von hier aus direkt schwimmen gehen , allerdings ist der strand hier sehr schmal - das haus ist ok ausgestattet ( entspricht in etwa einem drei sterne hotel in deutschland ) alles ist sauber und gut zu benützen , wenn man nicht zu hohen ansprüche stellt , ist das Haus zu sehr zu empfehlen

Wonderful stay for three retired couples. The property was exceptional clean with kitchen utensils and supplies in abundance. Great trade wind breeze with beautiful sunrises. Management was exceptional and prompt in replies. Highly recommended. Two items to check out…1) bed mattresses in up and downstairs guest rooms very soft, 2) dishwasher cleans inconsistently and 3) check weatherstripping around downstairs carport door. (wind noise).

Great location! Clean and walking distance to shops and all kinds of food. The beach was great and not a lot of people. Loved the walking/biking path right behind the house. Rented bikes right down the street. A beautiful ride up the coast! Watching the ocean and people watching from the balcony was very entertaining. So perfect.

If could rate this place over a 10 , I would. We had the best experience at this property. Everything was clean and we did not want for anything. They were on top of fixing anything right away. If you are thinking about this place to rent, do it!! you will not be disappointed !!!

This is our second time staying here. House has had some updates such as new flooring which I liked much better than the carpet. Right on the bike/walking path as well as walking distance to stores and restaurants in Kapaa. I will always plan my travel to Kaui based on the availability of this property.

Clean, quiet easy beach access. We had the most amazing vacation. The view from the 3 covered decks was incredible. We absolutely love this house.

We had a wonderful time with our adult children. The location of the house is great! Very short walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach in front of the house in not a surfing beach or snorkeling beach so we spent most days at other beaches but we did swim in the ocean right Infront of the house once. We loved watching the sunrise each morning while enjoying our coffee on the deck. The kitchen had all the basics necessities. Most of the beds were too firm for us but if you like a very firm mattress then you would love it. Kaapa is a good central location to many of the activities on the island.

This large spacious home was perfect for our large family! And the view!!! And proximity to shopping and food was an added bonus!! Plenty of cookware, towels, nice laundry area! We hated to leave!

wir (4 Erwachsene "best ager") blieben hier 5 tage und haben es genossen. Das Haus liegt zentral und hat eine lebhafte Umgebung , vom großen balkon schaut man über einen öffentlichen weg (Jogger, Fahrradfahrer etc) und ein kurzes grasstück auf das meer / der sonnenaufgang ist von hier aus fantastisch - ein seitlicher balkon bietet den sonnenuntergang (im Januar) - man kann von hier aus direkt schwimmen gehen , allerdings ist der strand hier sehr schmal - das haus ist ok ausgestattet ( entspricht in etwa einem drei sterne hotel in deutschland ) alles ist sauber und gut zu benützen , wenn man nicht zu hohen ansprüche stellt , ist das Haus zu sehr zu empfehlen

Wonderful stay for three retired couples. The property was exceptional clean with kitchen utensils and supplies in abundance. Great trade wind breeze with beautiful sunrises. Management was exceptional and prompt in replies. Highly recommended. Two items to check out…1) bed mattresses in up and downstairs guest rooms very soft, 2) dishwasher cleans inconsistently and 3) check weatherstripping around downstairs carport door. (wind noise).

Don't want to tell too many people, because this place is a hidden gem. It appeared to be the SOLE rental house on the beach along the east coast of the island/Kapa'a area. We stayed for 10 nights, and had our 2 kids (7 & 10) and for a few days another friend (so a total of 5 people) and had plenty of space. LOVED having the patio looking right at the beach and the sunrise. LOVED being right on the beach and the walking path. And LOVED how we could walk quickly into town and were in a central location on the island as a whole. It may seem like a minor thing, but it was also great to have a big outdoor area to park and hose down and transition from outside to inside. While this property was still cleaner than more expensive ones we've stayed at, it does have a somewhat dated look inside and some of the furniture and appliances could use an upgrade. But the management team rocks -- once we locked ourselves out and they quickly responded and got us back in immediately. And everything we needed during our long stay -- from beach towels & chairs to matches -- was there. Would definitely recommend!

Location is excellent. All the convenience of being on the ocean but steps away from town when you need it. Your day begins with beautiful sunrises almost every day. The managers do a great job of looking after you without being in your hair. Koodos to management. Thanks for the great vacation!

If could rate this place over a 10 , I would. We had the best experience at this property. Everything was clean and we did not want for anything. They were on top of fixing anything right away. If you are thinking about this place to rent, do it!! you will not be disappointed !!!

Great place on the east coast to stay. Plenty of space in the house and secure parking. Loved the lanai to enjoy morning coffee and evening.cocktails. Kitchen has everything you need, if you want to save on eating out. Grocery store is close. Places to shop and restaurants within a couple blocks walk. Bike/ walking path right out front. Situated next to a preschool, so if the sound of kids playing bothers you, this is not the place for you. Not luxurious but comfortable, with individually controlled air conditioning in each room. We used the provided beach chairs and mats/ towels on several days. We rented snorkel equipment on our last day and swam with a sea turtle. Definitely visit Poipu Beach Park after 4 to see the turtles come on the beach to sleep. That was highlight of the trip! So was the mountain tubing adventure. Would definitely go back and stay here.

Very close to multiple restaurants, bike rental, and the beachfront walking path. Excellent view of the ocean. Not the best beach for kids, but there are great ones a short drive away. Loved it!

Property location was great - directly on the beach and management company/communication was excellent. Only downside to the location is that there is an empty lot next to the house that is frequented by vagrants - but they did not impact us during our stay. Also was undesirable that someone came to cut the grass at 7 am during our stay.

This property is fantastic and in the best location. You can walk to so many shops and dining. There is a beach right in front of the house and path that goes for miles. This is our second stay here and it is by far our favourite in Kauai.

This was a great place to stay. Close to coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants as well as a bike rental shop. The ocean is just steps from the door. Great swimming in the waves. We watched whales breaching in the off shore every morning. Centrally located so easy access to north and south shores. We had a great time!

Can’t get any closer to the beach than this! Easy walk to shopping and dining. Lots of room for everyone (we had six in our party). Well stocked kitchen, beach toys and towels. Secure and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

The property was great! As listed: beachside, walking path access, restaurants closely, boutique and souvenir shopping, grocery close-by, laundry facilities, and beach supplies. We could see whales and spinner dolphins from the deck!

Property location was great - directly on the beach and management company/communication was excellent. Only downside to the location is that there is an empty lot next to the house that is frequented by vagrants - but they did not impact us during our stay. Also was undesirable that someone came to cut the grass at 7 am during our stay.
