Enjoyed the cabin, the games, the hot tub. Recommend the Basin for a little hike. There are things to do in the area just within a 30 min drive or so. Would recommend!

Very relaxing atmosphere. Lakes are beautiful. Hot tub nice. There were a couple of problems but the owners addressed them promptly

We were coming up to explore several mountain bike trail systems. The house was perfect. Clean, spacious and has everything you need. The hot tub was nice to unwind in at the end of the day. We went out to eat at a local pub that was very nice and the pizza/general store about a half mile away was very nice. It had great pizza and a nice selection of local products.

Rustic but comfortable log cabin. The hosts were very nice and checked in to make sure my stay was going well. Nice kitchen to cook in, hot tub, firepit, and lots of bedroom spaces. I went to hike so it's convenient to some good locations. I would highly recommend it!

From booking the property to checking out, the whole process was a breeze. The house was very clean as was the hot tub. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and only a 15 to 30 minute drive to great hiking and food spots. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cozy cabin in secluded area. The only traffic we had was the deer that stopped by. We used firepit and grill every day. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful time.

We had great communication from our host, the cabin was as described, very quiet road with plenty of outdoor space, easy check-in process and most importantly a very easy and reasonable check-out process.

The house was really nice and cozy! The hot was a little hard to figure out because of the high temp it was on but overall would recommend.

We loved the lake, kayaking, seeing a deer and her fawn and the hot tub. Had everything we needed to entertain a teen.

House was clean and cute.TV needs a sound bar and directions how to use spectrum. Hot tub was basic. Air conditioning was terrible. Kitchen had all that was needed. Porch needed an umbrella. Where sandals well on porch nails are there.

Loved the surrounding area and did lots of exploring and hiking. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Plus a neighborhood bear raided the trash dumpster in front of the cabin one morning and evening.

Property was great. Quiet area and plenty of privacy. Not too far from things. Clean cabin but it got pretty hot. AC window unit wasn't very strong, think the filter needed to be changed. Had some fans but those also weren't that strong. Otherwise we had everything we needed amd eric was great woth communication, recs and left us with everything we needed. It was a great spot to pop up for the weekend. I'd recommend this spot.

Rental was great. It was a very hot day when we arrived so I wish the AC had been put on a little earlier as it’s only a Wall unit and the first night, which is the only night we were staying there took quite a while to cool off the upstairs. Communication was great good turnaround time as I booked extremely last minute would suggest putting reflectors around the large dumpster at the end of the driveway as there’s no lighting at night and I backed my vehicle into it - yes I looked out my window and using a backup camera. - it’s dark green and blends in with trees. - my fault but just a suggestion

Centrally located close to town, covered bridge, and Hwy 112 which we used extensively to get to the sites we wanted to see. Surprised that we did have internet during our stay even without wifi. The house was comfortable. We never had a chance to use the hot tub or grill as we were out and about everyday.

Please do not but flannel on any of the beds during summer. Even with the air conditioning they has going before our stay it was still broiling. I think window air conditioners in all the rooms would help. There were not enough fans to really cool the place down. We were expecting a pull out bed in the couch cuz there was no way to use the upstairs beds with how hot the place was. The chairs in the kitchen area are a hazard too. One almost tipped me onto the floor. We made sure to tell the manager so hopefully that gets fixed. We thought this was on a lake but they did provide passes so we could travel down the road to use it. It was functional not comfortable.

Stayed 1 night with my 2 kids and wish we could have stayed longer. It just snowed so it was the perfect cozy night. Kids loved the yard and playing in the snow. Place was exactly as expected and had everything you could ask for. The roads in the area were well maintained during the snow storm too which was a big plus. We visited the Ice castles as well. Would love to stay again sometime.

Centrally located for visiting spots in New Hampshire and Vermont. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our 42nd anniversary. We found the owners/managers very helpful and informative about the area. Definitely would consider this a getaway destination in the future.

We had some issues arise during the stay with the house, but the host came out immediately to fix it. Very nice they live 15 minutes away so they are always around to help whenever needed. Only thing is that the house is in a very quiet town so you have to go to other towns for other activities, but there was always something to do! We had a lot of fun. Would definitely come here again.

The property was exactly as described and as homey as could be! The cabin was so well stocked anything we forgot was there. Great selection of family games reminiscent of those we played as children. Erik and Jenn were extremely responsive and helpful. I must have reached out five times and they were always willing to help quickly. Erik even offered to take my husband for a ride in the biggest military vehicle I’ve ever seen! Next time Erik when the weather is better. Thanks so much!

Only thing is that the house is in a very quiet town so you have to go to other towns for other activities, but there was always something to do! We had a lot of fun. Would definitely come here again.

Beautiful cozy cabin in secluded area. The only traffic we had was the deer that stopped by. We used firepit and grill every day. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful time.

Centrally located close to town, covered bridge, and Hwy 112 which we used extensively to get to the sites we wanted to see. Surprised that we did have internet during our stay even without wifi. The house was comfortable. We never had a chance to use the hot tub or grill as we were out and about everyday.

Beautiful place with owners who were on top of everything and it's in a nice secluded location. Great perks, lots to do around, friendly community.

Please do not but flannel on any of the beds during summer. Even with the air conditioning they has going before our stay it was still broiling. I think window air conditioners in all the rooms would help. There were not enough fans to really cool the place down. We were expecting a pull out bed in the couch cuz there was no way to use the upstairs beds with how hot the place was. The chairs in the kitchen area are a hazard too. One almost tipped me onto the floor. We made sure to tell the manager so hopefully that gets fixed. We thought this was on a lake but they did provide passes so we could travel down the road to use it. It was functional not comfortable.

Stayed 1 night with my 2 kids and wish we could have stayed longer. It just snowed so it was the perfect cozy night. Kids loved the yard and playing in the snow. Place was exactly as expected and had everything you could ask for. The roads in the area were well maintained during the snow storm too which was a big plus. We visited the Ice castles as well. Would love to stay again sometime.

We were coming up to explore several mountain bike trail systems. The house was perfect. Clean, spacious and has everything you need. The hot tub was nice to unwind in at the end of the day. We went out to eat at a local pub that was very nice and the pizza/general store about a half mile away was very nice. It had great pizza and a nice selection of local products.

From booking the property to checking out, the whole process was a breeze. The house was very clean as was the hot tub. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and only a 15 to 30 minute drive to great hiking and food spots. Highly recommend!

Awesome in every way. Clean, well stocked, open concept, helpful hosts, jacuzzi, fire pit (we couldnt use, fire ban). Great location at the western beginning of Kancamangus Hwy. Kitchen complete including dishwasher, stove, microwave and full size fridge/freezer. Nice cabin feel decor. Warm and cozy yet sleeps up 6. 2 queens main floor and 2 twins upstairs loft.

Rustic but comfortable log cabin. The hosts were very nice and checked in to make sure my stay was going well. Nice kitchen to cook in, hot tub, firepit, and lots of bedroom spaces. I went to hike so it's convenient to some good locations. I would highly recommend it!
