Downtown 1 Bedroom Duplex can Sleep 5 Close to Everything

Convenient location! We attended a concert and walked to Lucas Oil it was a nice walk! The host is great, excellent communication and the home was lovely.

As far as I concerned, the owners of this property cannot be trusted. I booked a stay for the Final Four almost a year ago. One day before my stay the owner contacted me and said the sewer line was broken and I was being “upgraded” to a different property. That property was farther away in a bad neighborhood and was not an upgrade in any way. I don’t believe there was a sewer line problem. I think he did a bait and switch at the last minute so he could rent the place I reserved for more money than I paid because it was Final Four weekend. I asked for a partial refund and he said he would. I have not seen or heard anything about the refund yet. Don’t rent this place. You might get scammed.

We stayed here for a Taylor Swift concert. The owner was amazing and gave us advice on arrangements to downtown. He also had a pizza for us there and Taylor Swift gift boxes. It made my daughter so happy! The place was clean and very nice.

I loved my stay. nice bedroom, nice bathroom with jetted tub, nice kitchen and appliances, nice washer/dryer. Nice location near great pizza and several breweries. Downtown is in easy scooter range. Bus to/from airport is 2 blocks away. I'll be back !
