From walking in from the secure parking area you see well kept pot plants and and a security door. Stairwell is well kept leading to the front door. On entering you see a modern clean hallway and on opening the door to the lounge are greeted by a stunning sea view. This room is matched by well equipped kitchen, modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Like home from home with lovely coastal views. Can't fault it. Hope to return

The kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds for the whole family. Master bedroom with en suite. Second bathroom with tub. Private gated parking on site. Steps to the beach. We spent a lovely week in the apartment in Pevensey Bay. It was very comfortable and provided a great base for the tennis at Eastbourne and other local sites. The kitchen was well equipped and we did eat in a couple of times. Secure under cover parking was useful.

A lovely apartment in a nice part of Soverign Harbour. Very peaceful and relaxing Beautiful outlook to the beach and sea. The apartment was immaculately clean. Nice bed linen and white towels. We were lucky with the weather which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The view of the sea from the living areas is a real bonus. Visiting in January it wasn't warm enough to sit on the small balcony but curling up warm and toasty on the sofa watching the sun rise made up for it. We didn't have much time to explore but the location is perfectly situated for trips to Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings, South Downs etc. Just a 2 minute drive away is Sovereign Harbour, which has some good shops and restaurants and there is a great walk from there into Eastbourne along the coast, which takes about an hour. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent quality accommodation - so nice to have breakfast with a view of the sun on the sea. The host - Nina - was responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for visiting the South Downs.

Literally overlooking the beach and a short walk from the marina, this was a super base to spend a short break for half term with the family. The apartment itself was very smart with everything you needed for your stay. A short drive (10mins) into Eastbourne (pier / old town) and to Beachy Head / Seven Sisters with breath-taking scenery. Not too far (45mins) from Brighton & Hastings to explore along the coast. Nina was a super efficient, helpful host who gave us lots of suggestions of things to do.

"I could really live here" he said, and he is extraordinarily picky about where he would consider staying long term. Honestly, the listing didn't do this place justice - walking in was absolutely breathtaking with the view, and we were so comfortable from dining supplies, beds, bathrooms, and anything we could need. The only challenge was following all of the check out instructions with two very young children all by the requested 10am check out time, but we managed. We would jump at the chance to stay here again.

We stayed in this property in June and decided as it was so enjoyable, we would give it a second go, something we wouldn't normally do. As we entered through the door it felt like we were coming home. The view always take's our breathe away. The location is fabulous and the property faultless. The highest accolade we can give is that neither of us wanted to go home. The cherry on the cake is that Nina is so very helpful.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment. The check-in process was really easy and stress-free. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The view of the sea was uninterrupted and just gorgeous. Communication with Nina was great. Parking was convenient and secure. Thank you for the welcome gift - such a lovely touch. We'd love to come again!

Tranquilla posizione sul lungomare con vista mare senza ostacoli; i negozi e i ristoranti del porto turistico sono raggiungibili a piedi per molti, mentre alcuni notano che è leggermente isolato senza un'auto e funge da ottima base per Eastbourne e le South Downs.

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The view of the sea from the living areas is a real bonus. Visiting in January it wasn't warm enough to sit on the small balcony but curling up warm and toasty on the sofa watching the sun rise made up for it. We didn't have much time to explore but the location is perfectly situated for trips to Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings, South Downs etc. Just a 2 minute drive away is Sovereign Harbour, which has some good shops and restaurants and there is a great walk from there into Eastbourne along the coast, which takes about an hour. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment, the photos really do not do it justice!!! Brilliant location to the local restaurants at the harbour and the views to the sea were amazing and so relaxing. We would love to stay here again and we will definitely return. Lovely little stay.

Literally overlooking the beach and a short walk from the marina, this was a super base to spend a short break for half term with the family. The apartment itself was very smart with everything you needed for your stay. A short drive (10mins) into Eastbourne (pier / old town) and to Beachy Head / Seven Sisters with breath-taking scenery. Not too far (45mins) from Brighton & Hastings to explore along the coast. Nina was a super efficient, helpful host who gave us lots of suggestions of things to do.

Das Apartment ist im zweiten Stock in einem Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen und ist gut über einen Aufzug zu erreichen. Es bietet gut ausreichend Platz für vier Personen und zur Not auch noch zwei mehr auf dem Sofa. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, zudem hochwertig und sauber. Nach unserem Eindruck jedenfalls deutlich über dem typischen Niveau einer reinen Ferienwohnung. Der Pflegezustand ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage des Objektes ist ruhig, damit allerdings auch abgelegen fast am Ende der Strandpromenade. Das ganze Umfeld ist auf Ruhe und Entspannung eingestellt, Feiern ist offensichtlich nicht erwünscht und findet auch nicht statt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind trotzdem zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Auch mit dem Bus kann man Eastbourne gut erreichen. Für das Auto gibt es einen großen, überdachten Stellplatz auf einem abgeschlossenen Platz vor dem Haus. Unser Highlight ist der Blick aus den Fenstern in Küche und Wohn-/Esszimmer auf das Meer. Jedenfalls unsere Empfehlung.

Excellent quality accommodation - so nice to have breakfast with a view of the sun on the sea. The host - Nina - was responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for visiting the South Downs.

We loved this immaculate flat with direct and expansive view of a beautiful part of the English Channel. The living room had the view that we didn’t want to walk away from. The kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds for the whole family. Master bedroom with en suite. Second bathroom with tub. Private gated parking on site. Steps to the beach. What’s not to love?

We spent a lovely week in the apartment in Pevensey Bay. It was very comfortable and provided a great base for the tennis at Eastbourne and other local sites. The kitchen was well equipped and we did eat in a couple of times. Secure under cover parking was useful.

We loved our stay at Pevensey. Just sitting on a sofa and looking out to sea was just what we needed. Asda just around the corner and many restaurants just a short walk away. The kitchen, a beautifully appointed room , was the ideal spot to watch the sunrise, which we did most mornings. We will certainly be going there again.

The apartment is to die for. Everything you could wish for and much more than you were hoping for. The apartment is clean and tidy and everything you need is supplied. The stand out feature is the view and the location of Sovereign Harbour with it's shops and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable—clearly maintained to a very high standard. One of the standout features was the stunning view, which made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything seamless.
