The house was perfect for an extended family vacation for our group of 9 with ages running from 14 to 80. Easily walkable to beaches and downtown, the home was in an excellent location and provided all needed amenities, and more. I don't think I have ever rented a home as well supplied as this. We especially enjoyed the top floor living area with plenty of space for our group and great ocean views. We would rent again, if we return.

A stunning and unique property, with great sunset views over Manhattan Beach, oozing charm and character. The house was excellently provisioned, both in the kitchen and throughout, including plenty ofluxury throws and blankets for the cooler nights! After reading all the positive reviews about Gina and Greg's spot in Manhattan Beach, we were excited for our stay, but the home exceeded our every expectation. The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups, ensuring that everyone has their personal space, while also being able to gather together. The two kitchens are especially useful. On the top floor, a lovely view of the ocean provides for a stunning sunset view. Our group included an infant, two children, and six adults, and everyone was happy. Gina and Greg provided lots of great local recommendations, which we took advantage of. It's a very close trip down to the beach, and a pleasant walk to both Downtown MB and El Porto. The house itself was well-appointed with everything you'd need, including beach gear. This was a wonderful place to celebrate a special birthday milestone.

Welcoming beach house! Views were gorgeous. House was clean, beds were comfortable. Everything was better than we expected for our family vacation. Proximity to the sand is easy with the walk street nearby. Kitchens clean and well supplied. We are coming back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. Greg greeted us when we (golf team) arrived. Upstairs Kitchen was well stocked, we did not use the downstairs kitchen too much. The view upstairs too nice to spend anytime downstairs! One of the bedrooms pretty small and more like a pass through to back stairs. But still worked nicely as a bedroom, with a big walk in closet.

The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The host was very accommodating and generous. We were welcomed with a card, gift, and frosted cookies from a local bakery .There was a nice view of the ocean and lots of balconies and viewing decks. Every room was clean and fresh looking. All the rooms were on the 2nd floor and the walls were pretty thin so if anyone was awake and walking around upstairs in the living room/kitchen (3rd floor), it was easily heard. The house was older than appeared in the photos and kitchen smaller, but we had a great stay and would stay again. The area was family friendly, safe, and a short but steep hike to the beach. They also had everything you would need for the beach-chairs, wagons, sand toys, balls, etc.

Stayed for a long weekend with a group of 10 and had a wonderful time. We especially appreciated all the included beach supplies (towels, chairs, etc.) that made for an awesome beach experience. The home was clean, well furnished and spacious. It had nice views from the 3rd floor deck and was only .8 miles to town. We walked to town and to the beach daily/nightly. We had plenty of room for all 10 of us!

Location was amazing. The property came with all the beach things - towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Upon arrival, we had some issues with cleanliness and the house being a little beat up. But, the property owners were easy to work with and worked to correct the issues. At the end of the day, we were satisfied with our stay.

This property is beautiful and the location was perfect. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony and had plenty of space to host family dinners and visitors. The two issues we encountered (pet smells and water heater) were addressed quickly by the property owners who were rapidly responsive. Everything else was perfect! Lots of extra linens and all the amenities we needed. Thank you!

They even have an assistant available to help with any questions, which made everything seamless. Before arrival, we received a comprehensive welcome PDF packed with essential details—WiFi information, add'l parking options, departure checklists, and recommendations for things to do in MB. It was a great resource that helped us feel well-prepared.A great perk of this rental is that the property managers live on the first floor, making them easily accessible. You can also request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. The home was well-stocked with fresh towels and bed linens, and the wood floors with rugs added a cozy feel.The highlight? Stunning beach views and sunsets! With the shore just a short walk away, the cool ocean breeze made the stay truly relaxing.One thing to note about the layout—if stairs are a challenge, be prepared. The entryway leads to a small lobby with access to the garage. From there, the second floor houses four bedrooms and a bathroom. The third and top floor features the kitchen, dining area, living room, and another full bath. Carrying groceries and coolers up three flights of stairs definitely doubled as a workout, but it was well worth it!Overall, this rental made for a wonderful and refreshing getaway. We had a girls trip here. Half with Los Angeles locals and half out-of-towners. It was the perfect spot for us to walk to the beach and the shops, but mostly to hangout on the 3rd floor, catch-up with each other and enjoy the gorgeous beach view. We absolutely loved that 3rd floor common area. We would definitely consider coming back.

We especially enjoyed the top floor living area with plenty of space for our group and great ocean views. We would rent again, if we return.
The house was perfect for an extended family vacation for our group of 9 with ages running from 14 to 80. Easily walkable to beaches and downtown, the home was in an excellent location and provided all needed amenities, and more. I don't think I have ever rented a home as well supplied as this. We especially enjoyed the top floor living area with plenty of space for our group and great ocean views. We would rent again, if we return.

I rented Gina and Greg's property during a weekend that unexpectedly featured Hurricane Hilary (much overhyped) and a 5.0 earthquake! Gina kindly brought us a flash light, water, and even cookies to make sure we were well prepared for any adverse affects from the storm. We loved our time walking downtown to MB's restaurant scene (check out MB Post!) and the beach. Gina made us feel welcome throughout and we'd rent again next time we're in the area.

They even have an assistant available to help with any questions, which made everything seamless. Before arrival, we received a comprehensive welcome PDF packed with essential details—WiFi information, add'l parking options, departure checklists, and recommendations for things to do in MB. It was a great resource that helped us feel well-prepared.A great perk of this rental is that the property managers live on the first floor, making them easily accessible. You can also request early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. The home was well-stocked with fresh towels and bed linens, and the wood floors with rugs added a cozy feel.The highlight? Stunning beach views and sunsets! With the shore just a short walk away, the cool ocean breeze made the stay truly relaxing.One thing to note about the layout—if stairs are a challenge, be prepared. The entryway leads to a small lobby with access to the garage. From there, the second floor houses four bedrooms and a bathroom. The third and top floor features the kitchen, dining area, living room, and another full bath. Carrying groceries and coolers up three flights of stairs definitely doubled as a workout, but it was well worth it!Overall, this rental made for a wonderful and refreshing getaway. Highly recommended!

This property is beautiful and the location was perfect. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony and had plenty of space to host family dinners and visitors. The two issues we encountered (pet smells and water heater) were addressed quickly by the property owners who were rapidly responsive. Everything else was perfect! Lots of extra linens and all the amenities we needed. Thank you!

Hosts Greg and Gina could not have been easier to work with. We booked their two side-by-side large Manhattan Beach properties and filled them with family in town for a wedding. They provided delightful welcome gifts, checked in with about our needs and provided helpful recommendations. The properties are light-filled and comfortable and you can’t beat the location—just blocks to the beach and to the great shops and restaurants of Manhattan Beach. We highly recommend booking these properties!

I have stayed in many VRBO’s and never have I had the pleasure of working with better communicators than Gina and her assistant. She could NOT have been more helpful or accommodating. The house was exactly as promised, beautifully decorated with everything we needed. There was one quirk we weren’t anticipating — the 3rd bathroom is on the top floor, not on the bedroom floor, but everything worked seamlessly and if we had any trouble figuring it out, the help was a text away! We will definitely be back to this lovely property and look forward to meeting its fantastic owners in person some day!

Stayed for a long weekend with a group of 10 and had a wonderful time. We especially appreciated all the included beach supplies (towels, chairs, etc.) that made for an awesome beach experience. The host was very responsive and accommodating for any questions/concerns. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here!

We booked this home for our corporate team to stay in for a few days when we had meetings is LA. We were absolutely delighted with the space that it provided for us to gather and bond. The location right next to the beach was wonderful and we loved walking up and down the boardwalk. The home is gorgeous and spacious. We all had plenty of space and privacy. Great views! The hosts were so kind, accommodating and responsive. We will definitely come back to this home again….next time will bring our young children for a beach vacation. Thanks so much, Gina and Greg!

Five mothers of students at a nearby college came for a mother/son trip. We had a wonderful time and Gina and Greg were so friendly and helpful. The house is in a great location - walking distance to Manhattan Beach restaurants, strand etc. The outside fire pit on the walk street is a wonderful place to hang out. Thanks for a great trip!

This spacious multi-story house was perfect for our multi-generational family, providing inviting common spaces and opportunities for privacy. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Bonus: we were able to include the canine member of our family.

If you really want to be immersed in all that is the So Cal beach feel, this ideally located to enjoy everything within walking distance. Beach and restaurants are all in close proximity. Our group lived in the South Bay 30 years ago and this house was perfect. Oh, and the views from the house are spectacular. Hosts were extremely accommodating.

Welcoming beach house! Views were gorgeous. House was clean, beds were comfortable. Everything was better than we expected for our family vacation. Proximity to the sand is easy with the walk street nearby. Kitchens clean and well supplied. We are coming back for sure!

We loved this house. The views were amazing and its location could not have been better. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We barely used our car the entire time we were there. So close to the beach and owners provided everything you need beach chairs, towels etc. The owners were responsive throughout entire rental process and made sure we had an amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful house to celebrate my son’s college graduation with my entire family! Plenty of space to house us, with 2 kitchens (!) that were very well-stocked; and a great view of the beach/ocean. Great location, with a quick walk to the beach and The Strand, (although with a short steep uphill on the way back). The owner was very helpful in providing information about local parking, since we needed more than the 2 spaces provided.The house is older, and there were a couple minor issues that I was able to easily communicate to the owner on check-in- she was VERY responsive. My family and I enjoyed our long weekend here- I would stay again should an occasion arise!

This was an outstanding stay! The hosts were amazing, professional, communicative, and so kind. The house was such a hit and so perfect for multiple friends and family members it felt spacious and cozy all at the same time. The view was incredible and the walk to the beach was short but I have to say coming home uphill was rough if you take a lot of stuff! Drive your stuff down and back and make the walk. We loved every second and everyone had an amazing time. Thank you so much to the hosts for making the stay incredible!

Everything was well organized and easy. Plenty of beach towels and chairs do our group of 11. Loved the ocean views and sound of the surf though the climb up from the beach is a doozy. Older house but nicely appointed. Lots of kitchen utensils for a Vrbo which was really nice
