The Latch House

This property is right in the middle of Arrow Rock. All the restaurants are in front of the property. The theatre was a short 3 block walk.

Place was very nice. Town was very quiet due to being a monday. They are open Thursday-Sunday. But did a walking self guided history tour and had a great time! Would definitely come again (though maybe at the end of the week)

My dogs and I loved our stay at The Latch House Barn! The decor and fittings are top-notch, yet also durable enough to accommodate furry friends. The fenced yard was a very welcome amenity for weary travelers, as was the picturesque, eminently-walkable town of Arrow Rock. Only detractor from a perfect visit was the baffling absence of any toilet paper in any bathroom, or anywhere in the house that I was able to find! A one-off oversight, I’m sure. Would love to stay longer next time, and explore all the area clearly has to offer!

Beautiful property with very accommodating host! Aaron was very knowledgeable of area and brought out a fire pit for us with wood! The loft was so comfortable and hard to leave when time to go! Highly recommend!

The property was a great overnight stay on our trip out to Colorado. Very clean and well suited for a family of 4. Not far from the highway and located in a small vacation town. Local restaurants had some great food, especially the pizza and ice cream. Will look to stay again!
