We loved the location (close to our family) and enjoyed our short stay. The hosts were very helpful and communicated very well. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and was nicely and comfortably decorated. One note: I would have loved a full length mirror and some stepping stones or something outside the front door to allow us to enter and exit without stepping in a water puddle when the flood irrigation runs. Other than that it was perfect! Thank you for such a nice comfortable place to stay.

The guesthouse was comfortable and private with its own parking space and patio which was enjoyable. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The only small issue is it is a half a block from a busy intersection so street noise is common and sometimes loud even in the middle of the night so if you are a light sleeper recommend bringing a travel white noise machine.

10/10 StayFantastic location — close to great restaurants, banks, EV chargers, Walmart, downtown Phoenix, casinos, and murals. Everything we wanted to do was nearby.The place was clean and well set up. The queen air mattress was very easy to use—just turn it on and it inflates and shuts off automatically. With the chill gel cover and sheet on top, it was surprisingly nice. Easy stay overall and we’d definitely book again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!
