The condo is very nice. It’s updated and has all the essentials that you need. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, and the pool is right next to the condo. We would stay again. Thank you for a great time!

Beach, Please! is a great stay! Here are some details: It was very easy to find a spot at the beach on a Friday and Saturday during a very popular month. We liked the fact that it was only a short walk from the condominium. Parking is also very convenient. The condominium unit itself was very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped and we enjoyed cooking several meals and eating our breakfast on the balcony each morning. The queen bed is very comfortable. There are conveniently two toilets and vanity sinks, so no one had to wait. Communication was prompt and clear. I would recommend Beach, Please!

Had a great stay! Very clean, quite mornings sipping coffee on the balcony and all the comforts of home. The host were very responsive when I reached out and parking was very convenient. Will definitely be back.

This was a quick trip for us and we reached out to the owners before booking. They could not have been more responsive and helpful. This would be a perfect place for a couple since it is a one bedroom and 1 1/2 bath. You can pull out the couch/futon, which worked just fine for us during our short stay, but I think this would depend on the person/age, etc. as to how comfortable that would be for a longer stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked and appliances were in very good condition. The distance to the beach is very easy. The nearest entrance is blocked, but it was absolutely no problem going to the other access points. As a mom to teens, this beach locale was fine, but I think parents of younger children would have a harder time due to the narrow shoreline, lots of seashells until you get out a bit further once in the water, and some rough waves due to what I think might be the drop off. (The weather was perfect) Again, for my teens- the waves were a plus and they were undeterred. By 3pm, the shoreline had really narrowed. Nevertheless, plenty of sunbathers and teens/adults enjoying the water - but little ones were having a tougher time of things. One plus or possible solution for that, of course, is that there is a nice pool available, too. We had a wonderful stay and it was perfect for our short trip. Thanks, again, to the owners for being so communicative and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach which not only makes it very convenient to go swimming, but also makes a lot of sense to go do that morning or evening beach walk because it is right outside the door. The apartment fit our small family of three just fine and had everything we needed for our stay. Their place is great, and they are so easy to work with. (Great host) The place is a wonderful one-bedroom condo, and they pretty much have everything you need. The place was very clean and close enough to everything (beach about a block) and with using the golf cart taxi service to go into town to avoid driving and parking was great for dinner. We will be back!!

This weekend could not have been better due to the accommodations and amenities of Beach, Please! Steps To Ocean. They had all the things readily available for a nice secluded and romantic weekend getaway. We were minutes from downtown Carolina Beach and all restaurants and shops. The place was very neat and clean. No problems at all and will be coming again in the near future.

6 stars. Place is neat and clean. Not overly decorated with dust catchers. I hate that. Everything in working order. And so nice that if you forgot your toothbrush, the owner has got you covered with all the little essentials. I will definitely be booking this place again

Beach Please! Is a clean and nicely decorated condo. It was prefect for a quick get away to the beach. It has everything you need. A short walk to the public beach access and close to the North Pier and Freeman Park Beach. I would choose this condo again for my next stay.

My daughter (14) and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and the condo facility was quiet. The balcony area was nice to just sit and dry off after returning from our days at the beach. Great response time from the owners .

Nice property, great location, clean. Great communication from owners. Only negative: the 1 1/2 baths were small. Noisy family moved in upstairs, but that’s a risk renting “not” the top floor. We’d stay gain.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated condo in Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to fantastic local restaurants. The owners were incredibly nice and easy to reach, making our experience even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Justin and Melissa's condo was great for our relaxing getaway trip to the beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Parking at the condo was good. It was convenient to walk to the beach (about a block walk), and it was a short drive to restaurants. Justin and Melissa's restaurant recommendations were spot on! We had a nice, relaxing weekend! You can pull out the couch/futon, which worked just fine for us during our short stay, but I think this would depend on the person/age, etc. as to how comfortable that would be for a longer stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked and appliances were in very good condition. The distance to the beach is very easy. The nearest entrance is blocked, but it was absolutely no problem going to the other access points. As a mom to teens, this beach locale was fine, but I think parents of younger children would have a harder time due to the narrow shoreline, lots of seashells until you get out a bit further once in the water, and some rough waves due to what I think might be the drop off. (The weather was perfect) Again, for my teens- the waves were a plus and they were undeterred. By 3pm, the shoreline had really narrowed. Nevertheless, plenty of sunbathers and teens/adults enjoying the water - but little ones were having a tougher time of things. One plus or possible solution for that, of course, is that there is a nice pool available, too. We had a wonderful stay and it was perfect for our short trip. We enjoyed our stay! We had several questions before we arrived that were promptly answered. It was wonderful having a pool and easy, quick beach access. Everything we needed was taken care of. Nice location and good parking.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and nice as described. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. We recommend this beach paradise to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Their place is great, and they are so easy to work with. (Great host) The place is a wonderful one-bedroom condo, and they pretty much have everything you need. The place was very clean and close enough to everything (beach about a block) and with using the golf cart taxi service to go into town to avoid driving and parking was great for dinner. We will be back!!

This weekend could not have been better due to the accommodations and amenities of Beach, Please! Steps To Ocean. They had all the things readily available for a nice secluded and romantic weekend getaway. We were minutes from downtown Carolina Beach and all restaurants and shops. The place was very neat and clean. No problems at all and will be coming again in the near future.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated condo in Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to fantastic local restaurants. The owners were incredibly nice and easy to reach, making our experience even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Justin and Melissa's condo was great for our relaxing getaway trip to the beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Parking at the condo was good. It was convenient to walk to the beach (about a block walk), and it was a short drive to restaurants. Justin and Melissa's restaurant recommendations were spot on! We had a nice, relaxing weekend! This was a quick trip for us and we reached out to the owners before booking. They could not have been more responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay here. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach which not only makes it very convenient to go swimming, but also makes a lot of sense to go do that morning or evening beach walk because it is right outside the door. The apartment fit our small family of three just fine and had everything we needed for our stay. Access to a swimming pool was also nice to still enjoy the great weather out of the sand while the kiddo swam. All in all a good, relaxing weekend.

Beach Please! Is a clean and nicely decorated condo. It was prefect for a quick get away to the beach. It has everything you need. A short walk to the public beach access and close to the North Pier and Freeman Park Beach. I would choose this condo again for my next stay.

Nice updated condo with easy access to beach and short walk to Carolina Beach Pier. The AC kept the place nice and cool even when it was very hot outside. My kids had a lot of fun in the pool and the beach towels provided in the condo came in very handy. Kitchen was well provisioned with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. My kids loved sleeping on the pull out sofa bed in the living room! The two bathrooms had a door that opened between them (which locks from the master bath side). Guest bathroom (accessible from hallway) has a sink and toilet. Master bath has toilet and shower. The master bath sink is in a corner of the bedroom so you can access while the master bathroom is occupied. The balcony faces south so it gets some good shade from the building. Be aware that it’s about a mile and a half to the boardwalk from the condo.

This condo is cute and updated. It is conveniently located near a public beach access. We also had onsite parking, and the pool was nice and not overly crowded. Would definitely stay here again!
