We stayed here for our National Specialty at Purina. Katie has done an amazing and thoughtful job of restoring this beautiful house. It is a home away from home as it has everything that you could even think that you needed, and made for a very comfortable stay. The bathrooms have wicked fluffy towels, beautiful tubs and shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in each of the bathrooms. The backyard is so comfy and fully fenced. Several of us said we wished we could live there, that is how awesome this place is.

The Vitality Retreat was a wonderful experience. Our family & us stayed there to attend our daughter's wedding at a local venue. The home was so very nicely done, comfortable, clean, family oriented with the games, backyard, vinyl records, ample dining area & comfortable beds. The host provided great communication and we couldn't be happier. Absolutely high rating for property & host!!

The house was beautiful and had 3 bedrooms with en suite bath and one more bedroom and bath. This was great for a group of 6 adults. We relaxed in the backyard and could have grilled out if we had wanted to do so. Lots of dishes and kitchen items. The home was very clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We would love to stay here again!!

This is an outstanding home for people with larger dogs because it has a 6' fenced yard. The house is charming, beautifully appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. The owner is very gracious and responsive as well, so all 3 of us had a wonderful visit for the week.

The moment we walked into the house we were in awe. It's immaculate and beautiful! The owner is so helpful and quick with responding. It had everything we needed and more. It's in a great location to downtown and the river.

We spent the weekend at this house for a family wedding. It was perfect. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO's......i was so impressed...not only was it perfectly decorated and super clean but the owner has paid attention to the little things...like the towel and linens were really high quality. There was creamer for my coffee and a bottle of local wine waiting for us when we arrived. The location was great...it was within walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is just as described in the advertisement. It is very clean, comfortable and well decorated. We did a minimal amount of cooking and had plenty of utensils pots pans for everyone in our party. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels for everyone. Communication with the host was excellent from booking to the end of our stay. A very accommodating host with a really nice property.

This property was a perfect fit for a gathering of family from across the US (AZ, NV, KY, and TX) that came together for birthday celebration in Labadie. Since one of us has some mobility issues it was great that one of the bedrooms and bathroom was on the first floor. Having a bathroom for each bedroom worked out great. Everyone thought the place was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the breakfasts we cooked. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.and family.

Loved the decor and cleanliness, beds were comfortable, details were extra special in the quality of the towels and bedding. The only thing that we feel could have been better is the furniture wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on. Overall it was amazing!!

If I was going to renovate a ninety year old house, it would be exactly what Katie did. Beautifully done, with all the amenities. We came into town to do a wine tour, and this place surpassed our expectations. Amazing beds, super fluffy towels, cool on the 90 degree days, were perfect. Also, I’m a sucker for original 8-inch base boards and 6-inch trim. Just awesome. Thanks Katie!

This was our second year renting this home to host our family for Thanksgiving. It is a great location with plenty of room to host a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare a whole Thanksgiving meal. Looking forward to returning next year.

The house was very clean & exactly as described. Had all the amenities we needed for our group of 8. The host was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival and we had no issues during our stay. It was an easy walk to downtown which we took advantage of daily. Thanks for a great stay! The house is charming, beautifully appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. The owner is very gracious and responsive as well, so all 3 of us had a wonderful visit for the week.

We had a lovely visit to Washington. The home was well situated near downtown and within easy drives of a number of vineyards. The home was very clean, spacious and charming. Would stay here again on future visits.

The moment we walked into the house we were in awe. It's immaculate and beautiful! The owner is so helpful and quick with responding. It had everything we needed and more. It's in a great location to downtown and the river.

We had a group of 6 ladies celebrating a milestone Birthday. The house is a beautiful mix of old and modern. Much thought was put into the design and decoration. The beds were comfy and there was an abundance of room in the dining room to play games and enjoy dinner. The location is ideal in downtown Washington with many restaurants and shops. We'd also recommend the short drive to the Marthasville and New Haven wineries. The owner was gracious and very accomodating with communication and a special request. Book it while you can!!!

We were glad to find such a nice place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for an extended family get together.

We chose this VRBO because of location to downtown. It’s a short walk to the Riverfront where we celebrated my daughter’s birthday. Pictures didn’t do this property justice! We loved how beautifully decorated it is!

This was our second year renting this home to host our family for Thanksgiving. It is a great location with plenty of room to host a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare a whole Thanksgiving meal. Looking forward to returning next year.

We spent the weekend at this house for a family wedding. It was perfect. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO's......i was so impressed...not only was it perfectly decorated and super clean but the owner has paid attention to the little things...like the towel and linens were really high quality. There was creamer for my coffee and a bottle of local wine waiting for us when we arrived. The location was great...it was within walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was a perfect fit for a gathering of family from across the US (AZ, NV, KY, and TX) that came together for birthday celebration in Labadie. Since one of us has some mobility issues it was great that one of the bedrooms and bathroom was on the first floor. Having a bathroom for each bedroom worked out great. Everyone thought the place was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the breakfasts we cooked. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.and family.

The house was beautiful and had 3 bedrooms with en suite bath and one more bedroom and bath. This was great for a group of 6 adults. We relaxed in the backyard and could have grilled out if we had wanted to do so. Lots of dishes and kitchen items. The home was very clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We would love to stay here again!!

The property is just as described in the advertisement. It is very clean, comfortable and well decorated. We did a minimal amount of cooking and had plenty of utensils pots pans for everyone in our party. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels for everyone. Communication with the host was excellent from booking to the end of our stay. A very accommodating host with a really nice property.

This is an outstanding home for people with larger dogs because it has a 6' fenced yard. The house is charming, beautifully appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. The house is very charming and spacious. We really liked how each of the rooms has its own bathroom. It was very clean, and nicely decorated and full of little details which made our stay enjoyable. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. If we ever come to the area again, we would definitely stay here!

Kaitlyn is a fantastic host. This was our 3 or 4th year hosting our family Thanksgiving here. The home is well suited for our celebration and everything is always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this home.
