Nice cozy place. Everything down the Main Street within walking distance but still a nice quiet place to stay. It is a rental with 4 apartments total but we did not have any issues with loud parties or neighbors. We enjoyed our stay.

I always love staying at this place. It has everything I need. It is stocked perfectly and it is in the best location. You have the river on one side of you and the shops in town on the other. No need to drive to shop. I enjoy the hot tub and the place is always very clean. I will definitely be staying there again. Reed always responds to any questions you may have very quickly.

The location of this property was ideal for walking to/from midtown Ruidoso. Cafe Rio (Pizza Extraordnaire!) and other establishments were minutes away. Not sure the hot tub is actually functional; we were told it was rented by another visitor but it was locked and closed the entire stay. Property is dated, rooms are small, shower is small, kitchen is small.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's fantastic if you want to walk the cute little stores in Midtown Ruidoso - you're parked just off the main street, which means you can just walk from the Vrbo location right into all the shops and restaurants. Plus the cute little creek behind it is very pretty. Perhaps the best aspect, though, was how communicative the host is! Very helpful and excellent customer service.

This cute little cabin was perfect for 2 adults. Everything we needed was provided for us. We didn't have to hunt for a parking space when we went shopping. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Don't care for shopping, step out the front door and you have the peace and quiet of country living. A babbling brook and lots of deer to entertain you. Great choice for our vacation.

Perfect little spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the bubbling creek. It's also walking distance from many great places to eat and buy treasures to take home. There are also many fun things to do in the area. We had a blast and cant wait to return.

We were very pleased with the apartment we stayed in for 2 nights. The location was great, the place was very clean and well decorated. The view of the river from the deck made for a nice, relaxing time to spend outdoors. We had literally no problems at all. Thanks for a great getaway.

Great gem located just off the main road. Convenient to shopping and dining. Had a wonderful stay and our host was amazing. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything needed for a perfect weekend getaway. Will be back.

I always love staying at this place. It has everything I need. It is stocked perfectly and it is in the best location. You have the river on one side of you and the shops in town on the other. Nice clean property, but this place is all about the location. It's perfect for having close walking access to the main street in town, the only time we had to even drive was to go skiing. We even had some deer right out our door one afternoon so that was a fun plus! I would say the only downside is you can hear all the other units around you. So depending on who is staying it can get kind of loud, we had a family with 2 kids above us so that got a bit disturbing at times. But overall this place was great for the price!!

This rental is amazing for anyone who wants to stay in Ruidoso. My fiancé and I stayed for four nights, with others around the unit, and it was really quiet and peaceful. What we loved the most is the scenery and it is walking distance from all shops in midtown Ruidoso. I’d rate this place a five diamond easily

Personally, I have a very busy and stressful job, so this place relaxed me the instant you hear the River. The manager is very helpful and guided me on settling in. If you need a break from reality, this is the perfect spot. Again I thank you to the owner of the property for tranquility.

Our stay was excellent. This apartment is located directly behind midtown shopping strip which made everything easier. It was very clean and stocked with essentials. Communication with owner was immediate and we couldn't ask for a better rental on our 10 year wedding anniversary!

This is great property for checking out the town. You can walk to shops and restaurants. The Downshift Hidden taproom was on the corner and had amazing drinks and good bar food. The Krafty Kup was just across the street and had great coffee. There was an arts and crafts fair down the street. Everything was in walking distance. I loved sitting on the decks. Between the one off the bedroom and the main deck there was always shade. I watched the elk eating while I drank my coffee. The host was very communicative which I appreciate.
This is great property for checking out the town. You can walk to shops and restaurants. The Downshift Hidden taproom was on the corner and had amazing drinks and good bar food. The Krafty Kup was just across the street and had great coffee. There was an arts and crafts fair down the street. Everything was in walking distance. I loved sitting on the decks. Between the one off the bedroom and the main deck there was always shade. I watched the elk eating while I drank my coffee. The host was very communicative which I appreciate.

We had a wonderful stay in the cabin! The host was very accommodating, even with our short notice of booking the cabin. It is in a wonderful location for walking around to all the fun things in the town of Ruidoso. The hot tub was very nice and clean. The place was stocked with all the kitchen things we needed as well. Highly recommend.
