The bar was not stocked at all, the breakfast was awful the bread was stale and the breakfast tasteless. The room was clean and the lady on checkin when we arrived was amazing. The food on the first evening was lovely. Wouldn’t stay again. A 2 night stay and everything had run out on the bar

Very convenient for Manchester airport. Quite clean and inexpensive. No thrills and ideal for a night ahead of an early flight. Good breakfast included. Easy parking. Very pleasant staff. Cannot fault for the money.

I last visited the property 30 years ago and obviously a lot of changes since then. But overall the staff and facilities were adequate nothing fancy would stay again.

A lovely comfortable room for a good nights sleep. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and cool. The bathroom was clean and tidy and a reasonably powered shower with plenty of hot water. The only disappointments were the slow bar service and unfortunately the food wasn’t worth waiting for, although it was served hot it was tasteless and mediocre for the price!

Initial check in was poor due having to wait at the check in desk for over 5 minutes along with a customer waiting at the bar for a drink( not enough staff?)No wifi at all for the weekend including this morning, informed a member of staff that we could not connect and even showed what happens when trying to connect and they said they would inform the manager and still unable to connect Monday morning. Breakfast very good, plenty of parking. General Pub menu limited. We would stay again.

The building is aged but overall is good. Bed linen is clean, bed is comfortable. Check in and out was fast. We needed to arrive airport at 4am, this was a good choice in terms of money n distance. 20 mins drove to APH car drop off point, then took 15 mins shuttle bus to Terminal 1.

Having stayed at this location on and off you over 20 years, I was pleased to see it reopen. It was a big disappointment. The receptionist told me they had been open for over 7 years. It has been closed for about 18 months with a change from Premier Inn to BW. The refurb did not extend to the room I stayed in. The original lobby was refurbed but is not used... The menu was limited, and even then items were not available. My final choice came with a vegetable of the day - peas! I had ordered a steak, but was told I they were all out of this. So I reverted to Steak & Ale pie, but I was informed as they didn't have steak they couldn't therefore provide a pie with steak! He found out that in fact they could, and so I was given my uninspiring evening meal. The chap opposite had to collect his own cutlery, and most of the individuals in the bar looked disappointed and bored - zero atmosphere it what was previously a buoyant location. This will probably be my last stay, which is sad given the many good times there under Premier Inn.

The room was clean but it had an over whelming chemical smell. The check in was fab, friendly staff. We had a meal in the restaurant which was fantastic. Definitely recommend the steak. The bed was really comfy. Had TV, kettle, hairdryer. No bathroom extras apart from soap dispenser on the wall. Lovely basic clean hotel.

Nice pub, lovely ladies, poor hotel!!! Room was cold, bed was uncomfortable, tv had minimal and worst of all, no water water for shower in the evening nor morning.

The room looked old and in need of a makeover. The room smelt musty when we entered it and the curtain rail fell down when we opened the curtains. The breakfast was excellent though.

Long delay to check in, rooms basic but ok, very limited choice on evening menu. No yea bags or milk in the room to make a drink. Went down for breakfast and sat waiting over ten minutes without being attended to so went and found a cafe. Wouldn’t recommend staying

Arrived close to 10pm following a long travelling on a flight back to Manchester. We chose to stay here to break up our journey, so we could get a good nights extended sleep before we set off for Anglesey the next morning. The place looked nice enough, decor etc, however check-in was a bit erratic and gave us wrong information regarding check-in. We were told check out was 10am, however it was 11, which was best for us. We followed directions for our room and walked through some very dinghy and not well lit. We entered the room which was pleasant, new decor, comfortable bed and had everything we expected. Bathroom was ok, how toilet was very 'Iffy' struggled to flush and made the loudest screaching noise. We were very nervous about using it, luckily no miss-haps. We got off to sleep, had a relativley good nights rest, however just before 9am, we heard extremely loud drilling and use of power tools. I opened the door to workmen making lots of noise with tools and equipment, shouting loudly to each other. I told them I want happy about it but didnt seem to be bothered. We felt the hotel team should have made us aware on check-in that they had work booked in. On check out we went to reception to discuss the above however nobody around, waited for a while to provide our feedback but unfortunately nobody came. What should have been a pleasant one nights stay to get some rest was completely ruined.

Staff were very friendly, on arrival which was late, willing help and allowing myself to order food to the hotel, and offer plates and knife and forks. Room was clean, bed was comfortably. The main pub was absolutely stunning and very welcoming on a quite road.

I hadn’t fully appreciated when I booked that this was basically the only building and there was nothing else. This worked for us as we were looking for some peace away from lots of people to start our holiday. We had dinner in the pub which is part of the hotel. The food was nice & service was good. It’s a few minute drive to Knutsford, we took a drive down but didn’t park. It looked nice. The room was fine - but it was warm - I kept the windows open the entire night - which was fine as, as mentioned before, it was really quiet there (other than planes taking off or landing). I would consider staying here again if flying from Manchester. We found it to be very affordable.

It’s a few minute drive to Knutsford, we took a drive down but didn’t park. It looked nice. The room was fine - but it was warm - I kept the windows open the entire night - which was fine as, as mentioned before, it was really quiet there (other than planes taking off or landing). I would consider staying here again if flying from Manchester. We found it to be very affordable.

Very convenient for Manchester airport. Quite clean and inexpensive. No thrills and ideal for a night ahead of an early flight. Good breakfast included. Easy parking. Very pleasant staff. Cannot fault for the money.

Room was comfortable kids beds either side of double so good. Food at lunchtime was good as had a meal in the bar. Breakfast good choice, able to have a choice of fried just what you wanted cooked after you ordered. A pleasant stay close to Dunham Massay that we went to see.

The building is aged but overall is good. Bed linen is clean, bed is comfortable. Check in and out was fast. We needed to arrive airport at 4am, this was a good choice in terms of money n distance. 20 mins drove to APH car drop off point, then took 15 mins shuttle bus to Terminal 1.

Not a bad hotel restaurant wasn't up to much waited ages for a meal when it came the fish and chips were shocking like a kids portion complained about it don't think they was bothered waiting ages again for breakfast next morning in end had to ask them to take our order as we had a flight to get

The bar was not stocked at all, the breakfast was awful the bread was stale and the breakfast tasteless. The room was clean and the lady on checkin when we arrived was amazing. The food on the first evening was lovely. Wouldn’t stay again. A 2 night stay and everything had run out on the bar

Quality stay and excellent value for money. Staff very welcoming and breakfast was quality. Only downside was the wifi not working, but you cant have everything 😉

A lovely comfortable room for a good nights sleep. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and cool. The bathroom was clean and tidy and a reasonably powered shower with plenty of hot water. The only disappointments were the slow bar service and unfortunately the food wasn’t worth waiting for, although it was served hot it was tasteless and mediocre for the price!

Having stayed at this location on and off you over 20 years, I was pleased to see it reopen. It was a big disappointment. The receptionist told me they had been open for over 7 years. It has been closed for about 18 months with a change from Premier Inn to BW. The refurb did not extend to the room I stayed in. The original lobby was refurbed but is not used... The menu was limited, and even then items were not available. My final choice came with a vegetable of the day - peas! I had ordered a steak, but was told I they were all out of this. So I reverted to Steak & Ale pie, but I was informed as they didn't have steak they couldn't therefore provide a pie with steak! He found out that in fact they could, and so I was given my uninspiring evening meal. The chap opposite had to collect his own cutlery, and most of the individuals in the bar looked disappointed and bored - zero atmosphere it what was previously a buoyant location. This will probably be my last stay, which is sad given the many good times there under Premier Inn.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Shame there are no sockets next to bed. All staff were very polite and helpful. Evening meal was excellent and very tasty. Breakfast was a bit too greasy for us but we enjoyed it

Hotel is easily missed from road when driving from Knutsford to Mere. No hotel sign visible. Although you do drive past a pub called The Kilton Inn which later found out to be actually the Ceasa Mere Hotel!!. Only when you drive into Knutsford from the motorway do you actually see hotel sign Casa Mere Hotel which is very tatty, one side missing and is set back from the road hidden by large brushes/trees. Outside first impression looks a bit dated and car park could do with tidying up. NOTE - car park is chargeable there are signs in the car park and inside pub. Make sure you enter your vehicle reg on the tablet inside pub otherwise will be fined. Take no notice of sign in car park advising charge overnight £2 when used the tablet it was actually £4.50. No mention of this fee on hotel website so basically a hidden extra cost. Checking in was poor. OK i was early by 1 hour with check in being at 3pm. Given only around 6 cars in car park and fact pub was empty weren't busy at all. I would therefore expect rooms to be free. Gentleman on desk point blank refused to open checkin until 3pm, Did not even offer to check to see if rooms were available and free, Customer service skills severely lacking. Turning to bedroom it was stifling hot unpleasant could not sleep. Room according to my booking was supposed to be deluxe (see photo), burn marks several on carpet (see photo), tatty marked chairs also stains on chairs (see photos). Breakfast mediocre, meal in evening ok
