Rachel's place is very nice. We stayed one night passing through to Florida and we found a clean bright place with a huge backyard for our dog, comfortable large king size beds and a fantastic relaxing shower. We will stay here again. Jeff Gaz

Enjoyed our stay here for ABAC’s Stallion Day. The home was in a great location. Very nice inside with everything you would need. Easy to follow instructions for check in & check out. TVs in den & both bedrooms. The host was great!

Absolutely loved this property. We stayed one night on our way through to Florida and felt right at home. Big back yard with patio and the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a rental. Public grocery right down the street with everything you could need. Only minute detail is we arrived after dark and the street lighting was a little sparse so we drove past the property initially. Would definitely rebook if we’re ever in the area!

We just needed the house for a one-night stay but wish we could have stayed longer. The decorations were so tasteful and my dad was obsessed with the wood floors. Both king beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of cookware to make a meal. My dogs loved having a yard to run around in after our long drive. It was a lovely stay!

This is a great little house, very clean and love the updates! The backyard is wonderful for the pups to run around, but it was a little hard to enjoy as it looked like it hadn’t been mowed in quite some time. Overall though a great house, and I would definitely stay again.

House is very aesthetically pleasing. Perfect little getaway in Tifton. Not far from the park or any of the other main attractions in town. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is very clean and accommodating. 10/10 would stay there again. Host is very responsive and great to deal with. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here!

WE were in Tifton for a Probate Clerks Training. The Home was so clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Though I did not get under the cover to sleep, the bed slept so good with just the blanket.

This home was so cute and beautifully remodeled! We LOVED the decor and all the thoughtful, little touches that made our stay feel like home. Cute home, very clean, close to town with things to do. Owner was fantastic to work with and responded well to all communication. Pictures are very accurate. The bed was soooooo comfortable and had the perfect amount of pillows. Definitely will book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the 12th street retreat! We came in town for our daughter’s graduation! The house was very cozy and it had everything we needed! The hostess was very attentive! I would rate it 10/10. If you come to Tifton, give it a try! Very well decorated!!

Spent a week in Florida for son's collegiate baseball and had game at Abraham Baldwin on way back to Jackson Michigan. The property was within minutes of campus and gave us plenty of room to relax after long drive. House was clean and decorated really cute. Rachel (Host) was WONDERFUL! Thank you for great stay.

Only a couple of downsides to the property, loved the spacious bed but it was hard not comfortable to sleep on. The furniture was not the most comfortable to sit on in the living room but if youre just traveling through for a night im sure it would be just fine these are just my overall thoughts but i really did love the house!!

The home smells so bad!!! Otherwise cute. Plan to spend time outside. Also the check in instructions make you feel like a criminal before you even enter. She tells you to not steal (duh). Not welcoming at all and stinky!!!
