Comfort Inn & Suites North Mankato

There were people drinking beer and playing loud music in the parking lot all night, even after asking to turn it down at continued. The sheets stunk and clearly had not been washed probably for several visits of other people. There was hardly any breakfast to be had, there was no breakfast attendant, and when going to the front desk to ask, if anybody was the attendant, one girl pointed at the other and she just said we’re out.

It was clean overall and the staff was very friendly and very helpful!

Room was very comfortable

We had to deal with the fire alarm going off several times, probably at least 10 times. These all occurred after 10 PM. We did not receive an apology, explanation or discount for our stay. It was hard for the kids and I to get settled down for bed dealing with that. The good was clean conditions and breakfast.

Tv didn’t work so switched rooms, there were a bunch of parents in pool drinking and being obnoxious and a mess and kids so many kids screaming and jumping on us in pool to where we couldn’t hear anything and kids would not quit being rude and jumping on me and my daughter. Then kids running up and down the hall until early morning hours and we had to be up at 6, not a pleasant stay by any means
