英語ができる人が少なかったが、みなさん丁寧に対応してくれました。エグゼクティブルームにはフットマッサージ機があり、最上階のエグゼクティブラウンジも素敵でした。解放路からは少し歩きますが、徒歩圏内です。ランドマークなのでタクシーも拾いやすく、便利です。

Wonderful hotel, exquisite lobby, attentive, staff, helpful service, comfortable bed, and clean room. About a 15 minute walk from Jiafengbei pedestrian street and convenient metro transportation right outside the hotel. They also have a nice looking pool that I checked out, but did not actually swim. Would definitely stay again!

What an excellent hotel! Quick check-in and check-out, Rooms are very spacious and are outfitted wonderfully, like hotels used to do! Endless drawers for storage and lot of amenities. The room was super quiet- never heard a sound from other rooms. The decor, even in the hallways is high end. Elevators so quick- don’t think I ever waited 30 seconds. Convenient in-town location with lots to walk to. TIP: turn right out of hotel, right at next street, half block to great open air market, continue down hill from market for lots of eateries and a large Bravo supermarket. Overall, I was totally pleased with this property!

Hotel is centrally located. Near to train station. Check in and out is fast. Executive lounge staffs are not very attentive to guests. Did not even serve guests drinks unlike other hotels that I stayed before. Drink finished also didn’t refill the fridge till ask for it.

Nice location with easy access to restaurants and close to Jiefangbei. Hotel room was very clean, just a little outdated. The breakfast is very good, definitely worth adding breakfast buffet to the room.

This property is in a pretty good location that there are many shops and restaurants around. They did remember my birthday when I checked out on my birthday and gave me a little parting gift. The staff was decent, but I wouldn’t say they are friendly because they hardly say greetings to me. There were some parts of the room that I think it needs a little finish work and touch up due to wear and tear. The room was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. There was nothing really stood out for me by this hotel. Considering that I have stayed at other JW Marriott hotels before, I thought that my experience here was underwhelming. I expected more than what I got from the staff and the property. I expected the staff to be more friendlier, and the hotel conditions are in great shape.

Hotel is centrally located. Near to train station. Check in and out is fast. Executive lounge staffs are not very attentive to guests. Did not even serve guests drinks unlike other hotels that I stayed before. Drink finished also didn’t refill the fridge till ask for it.

I arrived to my stay at JW Marriott in Chongqing, where I paid $761.72 for a room, that included an extra guest fee of $215.80 since it required me to pay that for a room with 3 guests. When I arrived to the hotel, our room only had two twin beds, which had no room to fit the 3 of us. I already shared this complaint with the hotel, who did nothing to accomodate us in this situation. They said that I am able to receive a refund, but it has to be through Expedia since I booked with you guys. They also said that there is no extra charge for having 3 guests, and they did nothing to accomodate for the extra guest even though I was charged for it. Because of this, my family member ended up sleeping on the floor of the hotel room for 4 days and neither the hotel nor Expedia has offered me any compensation or solution. The staff member Cora was extremely unhelpful and showed no sympathy or care for my situation. I was basically scammed by this hotel and she did nothing to help resolve the situation. They need to work on better hospitality skills, especially in a 5 star establishment.

Wonderful hotel, exquisite lobby, attentive, staff, helpful service, comfortable bed, and clean room. About a 15 minute walk from Jiafengbei pedestrian street and convenient metro transportation right outside the hotel. They also have a nice looking pool that I checked out, but did not actually swim. Would definitely stay again!

What an excellent hotel! Quick check-in and check-out, Rooms are very spacious and are outfitted wonderfully, like hotels used to do! Endless drawers for storage and lot of amenities. The room was super quiet- never heard a sound from other rooms. The decor, even in the hallways is high end. Elevators so quick- don’t think I ever waited 30 seconds. Convenient in-town location with lots to walk to. TIP: turn right out of hotel, right at next street, half block to great open air market, continue down hill from market for lots of eateries and a large Bravo supermarket. Overall, I was totally pleased with this property!

This property is in a pretty good location that there are many shops and restaurants around. They did remember my birthday when I checked out on my birthday and gave me a little parting gift. The staff was decent, but I wouldn’t say they are friendly because they hardly say greetings to me. There were some parts of the room that I think it needs a little finish work and touch up due to wear and tear. The room was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. There was nothing really stood out for me by this hotel. Considering that I have stayed at other JW Marriott hotels before, I thought that my experience here was underwhelming. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Over all the hotel is good but the restaurant for breakfast is unnecessarily overly crowded, guests virtually have to squeeze between most the tables. Also wasteful in table napkins in terms of labour in folding the napkins which most the guests assume they are a kind of decorative folks and knife holders and hence do not use them and end up in washing machine even never used, they use the paper one on the tables, hence wasteful.

Nice location with easy access to restaurants and close to Jiefangbei. Hotel room was very clean, just a little outdated. The breakfast is very good, definitely worth adding breakfast buffet to the room.

Hotel is located in the CBD. The only drawback is that it is not closed to a subway station. Service is great. Reception is professional and the cleaner does a great job making up the room. Amenities of the hotel are nice including the gym, however, the Men's changing room is not serviced during the evening especially after the customers finished swimming and using the facilities. There are fair amount of choices for the breakfast. The food by the Man Ho Chinese restaurant is excellent and value is great. Nevertheless, the offer of special package Family Moment is arguable as a credit of CNY200 for spending of 1000 which does not include seafood and high price items. This makes the price tag not valuable. The Executive Lounge is nice but it is hot in the afternoon.
