Great house. Experience was seamless. Being above the pool is very convenient but language and noise from some of the other neighborhood guests using the pool during the day was not ideal. Still entire group had a fantastic experience and group would very much consider staying again.

The House was everything that we expected! Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed because of some heavy rains and flooding prior to our stay. Something that the host had no control over. That was really the only disappointing thing about our time there. There were a few minor issues, but I contacted the host, and they were immediately resolved. I would certainly stay here again!

The home is just as beautiful as the photos. The rooms were spacious and had a lot of the accommodations we needed for our large family. We had ages 1-9 with us, parents in their 30s and the kids grandparents too and there was always something fun for everyone on the property to do. The location is absolutely perfect. It feels like you’re a ten minute distance from every kind of attraction you’d want to attend in Branson. The outdoor pool was loved by all. We also received the additional support of Meridath, who works with Adam. We had an unfortunate night of very loud and rowdy teenagers who decided to party when our little ones were asleep. I reached out to her for support and she was on top of it. Teenagers cleared out soon after. She also assisted us with something in the home that broke likely just due to having a lot of use. She had someone out to the home as soon as we wanted them there to fix it. She’s amazing and we were very thankful to have her help. Adam was easy to work with and responds very quickly to messages. I will definitely be renting again from him in the future. Thank you!!

The property was perfect for our active family. It was great to be so close to the neighborhood amenities. Our family had hours of fun swimming, playing basketball, playing pickle ball, and playing pool. This was a great place to just hang out as a family and reconnect. We loved it!

The kitchen was amazing. I got up everyday and fixed a huge breakfast. We could all sit around the big table. We played games in the evenings around the table. The kids loved the pool table and the game room. We loved the little pantry to put our things in and had plenty of dish soap and paper towels. We loved both coffee pots one was a,kuerig. The bedroooms were so nice. Our Moms were so happy they slept upstairs on the bigger bedrooms and the rest of us slept in the bedrooms. I loved that in all the bathrooms there was body and wash shampoo in the showers. We used the laundry room every day. The kids loved the pool. We cant wait to do another vacation. Your home has set the bar high. Thank You for a wonderful vacation.

The house was just as described. Adam and his team went above and beyond answering our (probably sometimes annoying) questions almost immediately. They had everything from extra batteries to nice shampoo and body wash. We went at the perfect time to where almost no one but us were there and having the pool to ourselves anytime was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

We have an ever growing group who go away together once a year and we are constantly upgrading houses to accommodate us. This was the perfect size and will be big enough still for next year! Bonus having the pool in the basement!

This house was the perfect place for my entire family, a long weekend getaway! The grandkids loved all the extras! (Indoor and outdoor pools, basketball court, tennis/pickle ball court, playground, indoor pool table, shuffle board and bunk beds! The property is very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to fix all of our meals here at the home. We relaxed all weekend and never left! Definitely would give this property a 5 star rating!

The property was excellent. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was so appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware enough for a large group. Bathroom, kitchen, and laundry were all amply stocked with consumables for our 3 night stay and beyond. The proximity to the pool, basketball court and pickle ball court was great. Having help just a text away was comforting. Not that we had a problem, just some confusion on a door code. We also felt as though we located in an area of Branson that we had a short drive to every where we wanted to go. We would highly recommend this unit for a vacation stay.

This place was great. Highly recommend. We had our whole family here comfortably. Only suggestion is to have housekeeping mop the floors. I think they skipped that because it looked really clean till the kids all ran around barefoot and there feet where black from the floors. Don”t let that misdirect you from using this facility as I’m sure this has been taken care of by the owners. They are responsive.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay here to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We had all ages and the space held us perfectly. It was clean and new with lots of amenities and a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the pool table, indoor shuffleboard, the full kitchen, TVs in every room, the beds were all so nice and we loved having all of the individual rooms for families. The large dining table was perfect for us and we cooked all of our meals in the home. Communication was easy and quick with the owner & manager. We would ecstatically stay there again with no hesitation!

House was just as listed. Plenty of room for all and very clean. Pool could be noisy during the day but the soundproofing between it and the house was impeccable. Trash dumpsters were a little bit of a walk away but not horrible. Only downside was if the next door neighbor was noisy it wasn’t masked much- surprising since you couldn’t hear the pool area at all. Loved having the shampoo and conditioner provided- that was a nice touch. No spices in the pantry but that’s always hit or miss with Vrbo. Overall would definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

Brought our kids and grandkids to Branson for Christmas. We needed a place big enough for all of us and this peace did the trick. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the kids had the pool in the evening. The after goes access was a big hit with all the grandkids! The place was clean and very inviting! They even had a Christmas Tree up for us!!! We come back we will for sure rent here again!!!!

This was the perfect setting for a whole family Getaway. Our four adult kids along with their spouses and children. All adults had their own room with a king size bed and their own bathroom and the kids loved the bunkroom! Plenty of seating in the kitchen and an awesome game room, balconies and living room.

House was just as listed. Plenty of room for all and very clean. Pool could be noisy during the day but the soundproofing between it and the house was impeccable. We had ages 1-9 with us, parents in their 30s and the kids grandparents too and there was always something fun for everyone on the property to do. The location is absolutely perfect. It feels like you’re a ten minute distance from every kind of attraction you’d want to attend in Branson. The outdoor pool was loved by all. We also received the additional support of Meridath, who works with Adam. We had an unfortunate night of very loud and rowdy teenagers who decided to party when our little ones were asleep. I reached out to her for support and she was on top of it. Teenagers cleared out soon after. She also assisted us with something in the home that broke likely just due to having a lot of use. She had someone out to the home as soon as we wanted them there to fix it. She’s amazing and we were very thankful to have her help. Adam was easy to work with and responds very quickly to messages. I will definitely be renting again from him in the future. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay here to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We had all ages and the space held us perfectly. It was clean and new with lots of amenities and a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the pool table, indoor shuffleboard, the full kitchen, TVs in every room, the beds were all so nice and we loved having all of the individual rooms for families. The large dining table was perfect for us and we cooked all of our meals in the home. Communication was easy and quick with the owner & manager. We would ecstatically stay there again with no hesitation!

They had a high chair setup for my infant daughter as well as baby friendly toys. This home is right by all of the amenities like the playground, indoor pool, pickle ball court, etc. We went to Silver Dollar City, Dolly Parton Stampede, Branson Belle, and Big Cedar, all of which were approximately 15 minutes from the home. Any questions that we had were quickly answered by Adam or his team. Nothing but great things to say about their hospitality. We will be staying here again!!

The house was just as described. Adam and his team went above and beyond answering our (probably sometimes annoying) questions almost immediately. They had everything from extra batteries to nice shampoo and body wash. We went at the perfect time to where almost no one but us were there and having the pool to ourselves anytime was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

You can not beat this location! There were 14 of us (ages 4-68) and we did a lot. I don't think we ever drove more than 15 minutes. The property was beautiful and enough space for everyone to have their own space, yet enough room for everyone to be together. Adam was excellent at communicating and check in was a breeze. The property was exactly how described and well stocked with everything you can possibility need. We loved staying here!! The littles cried when we had to leave!

The property was excellent. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was so appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware enough for a large group. Bathroom, kitchen, and laundry were all amply stocked with consumables for our 3 night stay and beyond. The proximity to the pool, basketball court and pickle ball court was great. Having help just a text away was comforting. Not that we had a problem, just some confusion on a door code. We also felt as though we located in an area of Branson that we had a short drive to every where we wanted to go. We would highly recommend this unit for a vacation stay.

We loved the house and it was perfect for our group. We have 9 kids from 1 year to 12 years old and it was the perfect place for all of them. The pictures don't do the property justice, the views from the porches are beautiful and the inside is wonderful as well. We are already looked at our calendars to see when we are able to stay again.

My kids and family really enjoyed this property! The location was perfect for us , right by the outdoor pool, with an indoor pool in the basement as well. We made great use of the playground, pickleball court, and basketball court right outside . As parents, it was awesome being able to sit on the balcony and watch the kids play.The indoor pool was a nice bonus, although we do wish it had been a little warmer. The stairwell carpets could use some attention, and we had one sink that wasn't usable during our stay. One thing that may be worth noting for future guests is that there isn't a main-floor bathroom. There are two bathrooms on that level, but both are located inside bedrooms. Since our entire family was there together, it wasn't a big deal for us, but it could be a little awkward for some groups.The best part of our stay was honestly the customer service. Our family loves cooking together, and we were surprised to find that the cookware was very limited and much of it was old and heavily worn. I messaged Adam and his team, and they responded first thing the next morning. They had Target deliver an entirely new set of pots, pans, baking dishes, and other kitchen essentials. That level of service was top notch. I don't think many places would have accommodated us that way.Our love language is definitely food and cooking together, so their quick response really helped make our trip special. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and made some great memories.

Beautiful place to stay. We had 12 people and it met all our needs. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and plenty of seating for all of us. Having the pantry area helped keep this looking organized instead of things all over the cabinets. The younger kids loved the bunk area. The pools were a big hit also.

We had a few issues when we first got there, like the propane bottles weren't filled and a bed was broken, but as soon as we let Adam know he had somebody over there to fix it. The kids all enjoyed the pool, basketball court, and pickleball court. The adults really enjoyed having multiple spots to sit to monitor children. There was also lots of space in the house that gave us room to spread out.

We had more than enough room for our family to stay and the property was well maintained and included a beautiful view of the lake. The owners were always quick to respond and were always positive and respectful. We would love to come back every year!
