Cosy Cottage Huge Garden w Lake BBQs & Seating

Lovely apartment, it is as good as the photos. The icing on the cake was being able to pick fruit in the orchard and playing pool and darts in the communal games room. Plus there were other families staying so our daughter was able to find playmates.

Beautiful setting and on lovely grounds. Ideal for a family of 4, has all you need. Kids loved the pool table. I loved having a washing machine and free parking! One of the single beds was very noisy/creaky which disturbed sleep. It’s a very warm property on a summers day, can’t be helped but maybe worth bringing a fan.

Maple cottage was a beautiful and cozy cottage. It came very well equiped and was very clean and nicely laid out.Eventhough the barn has been converted into multiple smaller cottages it was very peaceful.Would highly recommended location and property. Thank you for a lovely weeks holiday

Lovely relaxed warm accommodation for an autumn break, clean and well equipped. Ideal for a long weekend break!

Lovely accommodation. Clean. Comfy beds. Well stocked with crockery, towels, games (great for variable British weather), beautiful gardens. Only down side was cooking equipment non-stick frying pans were in poor condition so could no use, and cooking knives needed sharpening (however fortunately sharpener on site). Laundry also machine not in the accommodation and required additional payment to use which didn't appear clear on info. Despite these minor easy to rectify issues it's a fantastic place to stay and would recommend over all. Rental team responsive with communication. Had a great time. Thanks.
