Surprised at location. Very small cabin in an area with like cabins all right next to each other…small lots. Lake is there with no access. Drive to the park is great but nothing else around. Was going to grill but it was filthy! Interior is eclectic. Bedroom is upstairs.

The place was amazing! Very roomy for a family of 4. Lots of household items so that we didn’t have to pack a lot of gear like cooking utensils or pots and pans. The decor was a groovy boho style that I wish my own home had! I spent a lot of time outside in the sitting areas that were also very artsy and cozy!

This is the second year my daughter and I have stayed at this cottage and we love it! It's a great space, plenty of room and super cute! The outdoor space is awesome too - grill, porch with lots of seating and fire pit area, again with lots of seating. The cottage is a short drive from lots of cool shops and restuarants too.

It was great for one two nights stay - we enjoyed having our meals on the porch and drinks around the fire pit. I would suggest to our host to add a couple of decent Stemless wine glasses and then kettle. They was a bit of a noise from neighbors, but it’s all settled in the evening. Outdoor furniture could be cleaner, we had to wipe ourselves.

The pictures and description are very accurate! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The view of the lake was stunning. I loved the fenced in yard for my dog! The host was super easy to get in touch with and responded quickly even before check in. I would definitely stay here again

It is a very handy location if you are going to Letchworth Park. Note* the house number is hidden behind the screen door so it is hard to see, even in the daytime. It's aged quite a bit since the picture in the posting so it looks different.Silver Lake is very pretty and the area has a cabin-like atmosphere. The house is very eclectic and rustic. It has a full size frig and washer/dryer. We did a one night stop- over here in late August. It was already rather cold and the heating is tricky. The gas heater requires numerous tries to start and the electric heater in the bedroom upstairs does not heat very well overnight. So, we recommend coming in warm weather. The bedroom upstairs has a narrow, steep stairway so we left the luggage downstairs. Be advised that the rustic bathroom is downstairs. There is a very small kitchen, if you plan to cook. We did the best we could, but it would have been nice to have a fry pan that fit the burners on the stove better

Excellent location. Quick drive to Letchworth. Hostess is quick to answer questions. Great to have a fenced in yard for the dog to do business. Eclectic decor with many unique pieces. Outdoor seating options are plentiful.

We had a comfortable stay at the cottage. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed. The queen bed in the loft is very comfortable. Jennifer was so helpful when we had a few questions. We enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was clean, cozy and quirky in a wonderful way. We enjoyed our stay on Silver Lake after spending the day in Letchworth State Park. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great.

Not gonna lie - Didn't know what to expect when we were headed for a cornfield - But there really IS a lake here and this place was PERFECT! Immaculate, cozy, updated and very very comfy bed! The cabin is darling. Water pressure is amazing. Instructions are clear. And honestly, everything you need is right there. It felt like we were visiting a friend - highly recommend!

Cute older place near a lake. Smaller than expected, as it lists it sleeps 5, but the two of us were comfortable. Could definitely use a renovation but if you like small rustic camp type feel -it does that.

The cabin was very cozy and had so many cool features. I was very disappointed that the cabin was listed as lakefront with a balcony. It was not lakefront and I didn't see a balcony overlooking the lake. That is why we booked it. It had a slight view of the lake..not lakefront. The description needs to be updated.

The cabin was small but well appointed. The host was excellent and reached out to make sure that all was well. The outside fire area was nice, albeit, very close to neighbors (approx 25 feet). The lake was viewable from the cabin (between houses across the street) but did not have any access point without driving to a public area. It was fine for the three nights we were there to hike Letchworth park, which is beautifully maintained with awesome waterfalls!

Jennifer, the host was exceptional from the beginning of the booking till the end of our stay. We had a booking error and she adjusted the booking to our needs immediately. As well on the last day, we required her assistance and she was right there to help us out. The cottage is a cute and cozy place to relax. Outside as well as inside are comfy areas to enjoy. I especially appreciated the coffee supply, which came greatly along after a long hike. Since we stayed in March, we were concerned about heating before our arrival but the cottage was comfortable warm. We really enjoyed our stay.

Jennifer was welcoming and communicative. She made sure my stay went smoothly. The house on Silver Lake is wonderful; I particularly enjoyed the rough-hewn wood beams. This made for a rustic feel, alongside its modern amenities. Letchworth State Park is just 15 minutes away, the "Grand Canyon of the East."

Rustic little cabin, very clean. It is a small place but it was just the two of us, except my wife's sister did stay 2 nights with us when we went to Niagara Falls. You have to know the area to appreciate the place, which my wife did. Close to the Charcoal Corral with it's drive in movie and live entertainment. Host was excellent.

It is a very handy location if you are going to Letchworth Park. Note* the house number is hidden behind the screen door so it is hard to see, even in the daytime. It's aged quite a bit since the picture in the posting so it looks different.Silver Lake is very pretty and the area has a cabin-like atmosphere. The house is very eclectic and rustic. It has a full size frig and washer/dryer. We did a one night stop- over here in late August. It was already rather cold and the heating is tricky. The gas heater requires numerous tries to start and the electric heater in the bedroom upstairs does not heat very well overnight. So, we recommend coming in warm weather. The bedroom upstairs has a narrow, steep stairway so we left the luggage downstairs. Be advised that the rustic bathroom is downstairs. There is a very small kitchen, if you plan to cook. We did the best we could, but it would have been nice to have a fry pan that fit the burners on the stove better

Jennifer was welcoming and communicative. She made sure my stay went smoothly. The house on Silver Lake is wonderful; I particularly enjoyed the rough-hewn wood beams. This made for a rustic feel, alongside its modern amenities. Letchworth State Park is just 15 minutes away, the "Grand Canyon of the East."

We had a wonderful stay with our dog! The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Would highly recommend if you are looking to explore Letchworth State Park.

Excellent location. Quick drive to Letchworth. Hostess is quick to answer questions. Great to have a fenced in yard for the dog to do business. Eclectic decor with many unique pieces. Outdoor seating options are plentiful.

The cabin was small but well appointed. The host was excellent and reached out to make sure that all was well. The outside fire area was nice, albeit, very close to neighbors (approx 25 feet). The lake was viewable from the cabin (between houses across the street) but did not have any access point without driving to a public area. It was fine for the three nights we were there to hike Letchworth park, which is beautifully maintained with awesome waterfalls!

Surprised at location. Very small cabin in an area with like cabins all right next to each other…small lots. Lake is there with no access. Drive to the park is great but nothing else around. Was going to grill but it was filthy! Interior is eclectic. Bedroom is upstairs.

Just sat by the fire and stared at the lake and relaxed. Went to letchworth state park. Visited charcoal coral lunch icecream mini golf and arcade. Super cool place

Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. Kitchen is a bit under stocked, but we ordered pizza and wings from Daryl's. Decor of Barn wood with early industrial fixtures fits the cottage well, the modern art is an interesting add. Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive. Overall, a good value and we would stay again.

The place was amazing! Very roomy for a family of 4. Lots of household items so that we didn’t have to pack a lot of gear like cooking utensils or pots and pans. The decor was a groovy boho style that I wish my own home had! I spent a lot of time outside in the sitting areas that were also very artsy and cozy!

This is the second year my daughter and I have stayed at this cottage and we love it! It's a great space, plenty of room and super cute! The outdoor space is awesome too - grill, porch with lots of seating and fire pit area, again with lots of seating. The cottage is a short drive from lots of cool shops and restuarants too.

Great little place. Had everything we needed so we didn’t have to unpack our coffee. Area is quiet and folks around are friendly. Really appreciate the dog friendly place to stay. Felt very homey.

It was great for one two nights stay - we enjoyed having our meals on the porch and drinks around the fire pit. I would suggest to our host to add a couple of decent Stemless wine glasses and then kettle. They was a bit of a noise from neighbors, but it’s all settled in the evening. Outdoor furniture could be cleaner, we had to wipe ourselves.

The pictures and description are very accurate! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The view of the lake was stunning. I loved the fenced in yard for my dog! The host was super easy to get in touch with and responded quickly even before check in. I would definitely stay here again

Jennifer, the host was exceptional from the beginning of the booking till the end of our stay. We had a booking error and she adjusted the booking to our needs immediately. As well on the last day, we required her assistance and she was right there to help us out. The cottage is a cute and cozy place to relax. Outside as well as inside are comfy areas to enjoy. I especially appreciated the coffee supply, which came greatly along after a long hike. Since we stayed in March, we were concerned about heating before our arrival but the cottage was comfortable warm. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rustic little cabin, very clean. It is a small place but it was just the two of us, except my wife's sister did stay 2 nights with us when we went to Niagara Falls. You have to know the area to appreciate the place, which my wife did. Close to the Charcoal Corral with it's drive in movie and live entertainment. Host was excellent.

Everything was good except the grill was unusable. That was unfortunate since we packed for a cookout. It was not a big problem since the Charcoal Corral is nearby.

The beds were really comfy. There were heaters on each floor and blankets on the couch for cool mornings. It was a quiet and fun place for our getaway.
