What an incredibly charming and comfortable place! Before we left, we both commented that we should have allowed for extra days to just relax by the river and play with the birds. The hosts were delightful and helpful. I would highly recommend it, and I will try to come back to the area specifically to stay here!

Caroline and Eric were phenomenal hosts. They made our stay comfortable, and provided for any needs we had. It was so nice to have coffee and light snacks available to us. They really think of everything to make your stay perfect!The studio is an architectural marvel and the grounds were spectacular. We even stayed at the property one day instead of heading to Sequoia again because we wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet of the the gazebo that overlooks the river! It was so peaceful and rejuvenating to stay at their lovely home! We hope to return!
Caroline and Eric were phenomenal hosts. They made our stay comfortable, and provided for any needs we had. It was so nice to have coffee and light snacks available to us. They really think of everything to make your stay perfect!The studio is an architectural marvel and the grounds were spectacular. We even stayed at the property one day instead of heading to Sequoia again because we wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet of the the gazebo that overlooks the river! My wife and I stayed for a couple nights while getting our first visits in to Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks, and we loved the charm and craftmanship of the house and the studio where we stayed. Everything was thought of by the owners, Caroline greeted us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know and more. The river view was amazing, it's close to Sequoia, and honestly, we did not stay there long enough, as we would have liked to just sit and relax at the studio or sit out by the river and relax a bit more. We will definitely have to return again and do more hiking to see the giant trees and some of the other beautiful places the area has to offer as well. Great place for a couple to get away from it all. Thanks for everything!!!!

This was the perfect long weekend getaway from Southern California. The location was close enough to Sequoia National Park but peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the studio and the outside areas. spaces by the river.

We loved our stay! Excellent access to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the house and the property with lots of outside spaces to hang out - especially liked coffee by the river!! Our hosts were welcoming and gracious!

The property and host exceeded the description on the Website. It is located in an excluded area with a wonderful ambiance of calm and serenity. The room was delightful and full of charm with many fine details that reflect the care of the hosts. There is a private deck/pagoda to enjoy the outdoor scenario, as well as a seating area right next to the stream. The hosts were very gracious and attentive and made sure everything was just perfect for our visit. We definitely give it a 5-Star rating and a thumbs-up!! We look forward to another time of rest and relaxation there.

Beautiful location could not ask for anything nicer both my Wife and I were pleasantly impressed with the setting, amenities, closeness to town if you need. Our host were very nice and offered all extras. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and relax.

My husband and I enjoyed an all too short stay of two nights in this large studio with all the comforts of home. Our hosts were readily available and accommodating, while at the same time giving us plenty of privacy. The outdoor area was a pleasure, with a stream flowing by and several comfortable sitting areas to take in the view and surrounding nature. All in all, a lovely respite during our one week whirlwind vacation.

What a fantastic stay - we had perfect weather to enjoy their well developed outdoor area. Bugs were a little crazy but that’s normal for right by the water, right? The sound of the river was so relaxing. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen and bathroom were well laid out. WIFI worked for staying in touch with our family. My girlfriend and I were staying here for the weekend to visit Sequoia National Park. It has been everything we needed. The owners were very nice and welcoming. They were also kind enough to educate us on food around the area, places to visit, and even the history with the rental portion of their house and how it was built and custom freehand painted by an artist who previously owned it. Everything was clean and well kept. The river flowing through the backyard was amazing. We definitely want to come back and rent with Caroline and Eric!

Exquisite, serene, and immaculately clean. Everything about this place is enchanting - from the studio itself to the surrounding landscape, to Caroline and Eric themselves. A great spot to escape from your phones and reconnect to the natural world. Private, tucked away off the beaten path but still conveniently located only a few minutes' drive away from Sequoia National Park. If you're considering booking a stay here, just do it. How many more 10/10 reviews is it gonna take to convince you?

Happy to add to the set of positive reviews. Great location if you're a couple planning to visit Sequoia or explore the Three Rivers area. The rental space is similar to a large studio apartment, but you have access to the outdoor areas as well. There are multiple outdoor locations eating, relaxing, reading, or taking in the view of the foothills. The indoor space is very clean and comfortable. The hosts, each of whom I met and chatted with during my stay, provided some bagels, yogurt, and Spindrifts...a very welcome luxury. There's also coffee and a selection of teas available. When the hosts in the main house you'll be able to hear them a little, bit the sounds are not disruptive. I would happily stay here again.

This property was EVERYTHING we could have imagined and more. Our hosts were terrific and very helpful with our questions. The property and room were immaculate and if we hadn't wanted to see the Sequoia Nation Forest we would have spent every minute of our time just enjoying the accommodations. The local restaurants and brewery were very nice too. Would DEFINITELY recommend staying here. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!!!!

Fell in love with this cottage on the river. The home is beautiful inside and out. It was perfect for my daughter and I. The decor was exquisite and the entire space was immaculate. The outdoor area was impressive as well. Several places to sit and enjoy the sound of the river flowing and watch birds and other wildlife. It was relaxing to sit on the rocks and put our feet in the water on a hot day. The host was very attentive, she sent us information about the home and gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. There are several places to eat and shop nearby and it’s just minutes to Sequoia. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the most serene VRBO stay ever! Everything was as described and super clean. Perfectly located away from town but very quick to get breakfast or coffee in the morning. Easy drive into SNP. Great communication with host and no issues were found throughout the stay. This VRBO is truly a 10!

Lovely, enchanting home. Quiet and rustic with comfortable, eclectic furnishing/fixtures. The king bed was the most comfortable bed we have had in many hotels and properties. Loved the outdoor spaces and creek/wildlife. The hosts were friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again if coming to the Three Rivers area.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Caroline & Eric’s property along the river. Our stay was better than I ever could have imagined that it would be and it was the perfect place to unwind after a couple long days of hiking up in Sequoia National Park. The room was cozy and had every amenity that we needed and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Talking to Caroline and Eric was like we were chatting with old friends that we have known for years, even tho we had just met. They are special people who have created a special property, and are generous enough to share their piece of heaven with us. If we journey back to Three Rivers, I would absolutely love to stay at their property again.

What a magical place! I rank this the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The studio has such character and all the amenities you need, which alone makes it wonderful. I love art and the studio has artistic flare, but in addition to the living space, the property is a private refuge from the world. We watched a mother mule deer and her baby eating along the river, enjoyed the birds and simply soaked in all in. Eric and Caroline were amazing hosts and went the extra mile with wonderful goodies for us to enjoy. It was the perfect location to see park too. Everything was top notch. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed at this stunning house for our anniversary as a spot to relax after hiking around Sequoia. The property is very unique and beautiful set right next to the river. The studio has a lot of space and character. It would be great place to just relax for a couple days even without the parks nearby. Caroline and her husband were excellent hosts.

This property was EVERYTHING we could have imagined and more. Our hosts were terrific and very helpful with our questions. The property and room were immaculate and if we hadn't wanted to see the Sequoia Nation Forest we would have spent every minute of our time just enjoying the accommodations. The local restaurants and brewery were very nice too. Would DEFINITELY recommend staying here. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!!!!

Was spectacular. In addition to being beautifully appointed, Caroline had some food in the refrigerator for us. The host were very helpful with suggestions for dining and places to swim. We found a great remote swimming hole in the national park and enjoyed seeing the sequoias. We thoroughly enjoy our stay at this property highly recommend.

The property and host exceeded the description on the Website. It is located in an excluded area with a wonderful ambiance of calm and serenity. The room was delightful and full of charm with many fine details that reflect the care of the hosts. There is a private deck/pagoda to enjoy the outdoor scenario, as well as a seating area right next to the stream. The hosts were very gracious and attentive and made sure everything was just perfect for our visit. We definitely give it a 5-Star rating and a thumbs-up!! We look forward to another time of rest and relaxation there.

Late Review, the only bad thing was that I couldn't stay longer and went home. This place is stunning! My husband and I celebrated our 6th year wedding anniversary, we celebrated our 5th last year here too and if we would of know about this little piece of heaven we would of been there for our other anniversaries. Big thanks to Caroline and Eric for sharing your beautiful home and thanks for being super sweet and attentive. We hope to celebrate our 7th anniversary there next year!

Absolutely the most serene VRBO stay ever! Everything was as described and super clean. Perfectly located away from town but very quick to get breakfast or coffee in the morning. Easy drive into SNP. My husband and I enjoyed an all too short stay of two nights in this large studio with all the comforts of home. Our hosts were readily available and accommodating, while at the same time giving us plenty of privacy. The outdoor area was a pleasure, with a stream flowing by and several comfortable sitting areas to take in the view and surrounding nature. All in all, a lovely respite during our one week whirlwind vacation.

This Three Rivers getaway was amazing! The serenity there is second to none. We enjoyed having the bluebirds take peanuts from our hands. Eric was an excellent host. You are so close to Sequoia NP. It’s the perfect home base. If you’re in the area, you must stay here.

Exquisite, serene, and immaculately clean. Everything about this place is enchanting - from the studio itself to the surrounding landscape, to Caroline and Eric themselves. A great spot to escape from your phones and reconnect to the natural world. Private, tucked away off the beaten path but still conveniently located only a few minutes' drive away from Sequoia National Park. If you're considering booking a stay here, just do it. Fell in love with this cottage on the river. The home is beautiful inside and out. It was perfect for my daughter and I. The decor was exquisite and the entire space was immaculate. The outdoor area was impressive as well. Several places to sit and enjoy the sound of the river flowing and watch birds and other wildlife. It was relaxing to sit on the rocks and put our feet in the water on a hot day. The host was very attentive, she sent us information about the home and gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. There are several places to eat and shop nearby and it’s just minutes to Sequoia. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay - we had perfect weather to enjoy their well developed outdoor area. Bugs were a little crazy but that’s normal for right by the water, right? The sound of the river was so relaxing. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen and bathroom were well laid out. WIFI worked for staying in touch with our family. As a landscape, wildlife and portrait photographer, this residence in Three Rivers is everything that I was looking for and then some. Located just outside of Sequoia National Park, it's a short drive to the main entrance. The vrbo can easily be used as a portrait studio and there was plenty of wildlife in and around the property to keep a wildlife photographer like myself busy. 10/10 would recommend and I intend to one day make it back there to stay! Thanks so much Eric and Cara for your wonderful hospitality!!

My girlfriend and I were staying here for the weekend to visit Sequoia National Park. It has been everything we needed. The owners were very nice and welcoming. They were also kind enough to educate us on food around the area, places to visit, and even the history with the rental portion of their house and how it was built and custom freehand painted by an artist who previously owned it. Everything was clean and well kept. The river flowing through the backyard was amazing. We definitely want to come back and rent with Caroline and Eric!

Caroline and Eric were phenomenal hosts. They made our stay comfortable, and provided for any needs we had. It was so nice to have coffee and light snacks available to us. They really think of everything to make your stay perfect!The studio is an architectural marvel and the grounds were spectacular. We even stayed at the property one day instead of heading to Sequoia again because we wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet of the the gazebo that overlooks the river! It was so peaceful and rejuvenating to stay at their lovely home! We hope to return!

The rental space is similar to a large studio apartment, but you have access to the outdoor areas as well. There are multiple outdoor locations eating, relaxing, reading, or taking in the view of the foothills. The indoor space is very clean and comfortable. The hosts, each of whom I met and chatted with during my stay, provided some bagels, yogurt, and Spindrifts...a very welcome luxury. There's also coffee and a selection of teas available. This is a unique and fun property to stay at! The hosts are both very responsive! Very nice comfy bed with all the linens and extra blankets and pillows you could want. There were very nice touches like healthy snacks and breakfast items, soft drinks and water...very thoughtful! The river out back is soothing and there are tons of outdoor spaces to relax in. Three Rivers is a quaint town with plenty of eating options and a grocery store that has everything. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again, if we're ever in the area!

This place was as described and more. We read previous posts and followed their suggestions to change plans In order to spend an afternoon on the property. We were not disappointed. The welcome we received from Eric was genuine as was his love for the property. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon sitting by the river and napping in the hammock. It was therapeutic to soak our feet in the water after days of hiking. The home is very close to restaurants, grocery store and entrance to Sequoia NP. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Eric and Cara were excellent hosts. Eric help with suggestions on what to do while we were in the area. He showed us the property and made sure everything was set up, it felt like it was our own second home. The property is a nature lovers paradise, they even had nuts available for you to try to feed the blue jays.

The hosts were wonderful…they met and welcomed us even though we unexpectedly arrived early, provided us with interesting and valuable insights into the suite and outdoor amenities, and then provided us with ultimate privacy throughout our stay. The property inside and out was accurately described and if anything it is a conservative description. It is definitely a retreat in itself and you should plan to spend some time there. It is located at the base of a mountain and alongside a narrow rushing river, with landscaping you could appreciate from any viewpoint. There were chairs and hammock just feet from the river, a delightful gazebo with grill also with excellent river view, and a patio for sitting or outdoor dining surrounded by beautiful plants and the sound of the rushing river. The suite has its own uniqueness and beauty and history and was very efficiently equipped to handle all our needs. Attention to details in design and function was unique. We stayed 4 nights, spent two days enjoying the Sequoia National Park hiking through the sequoia groves and decided to spend our third day in our Romantic Suite in Three Rivers! Thank you Caroline and Eric for providing us a delightful stay!

The suite was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to cocoon - comfy seating area inside and multiple outdoor spaces solely for our use including seating and a hammock immediately next to the river. The bed was supper comfortable - soft with good support enabling great nights of sleep and long mornings lazing in bed with tea and coffee. The suite is also very close to great hiking. We’ll definitely be back!
