Rideau Pines | Big Rideau Lake Retreat

The cottage had everything that we needed for cooking.We did not clean the barbecue because there was only a wire brush that’s not safe to use.The toaster only works on one side so a new one would be great! We did have some chilly nights & would’ve been more comfortable with a couple of heaters. All in all we were quite pleased with the cottage & the view towards the lake was spectacular!

We could not believe how fast the time went The house was perfect for us. It was not clear in the add that one of the bathrooms is an out house Fishing was slow There was lots of room to enjoy. The dock is awesome. The tub and shower need anti slip stickers on the bottom

We loved Rideau Pines and are looking forward to staying there again. It was a true cottage experience. We loved kayaking and paddle boarding in the quiet bay. The cottage was to so close to so many towns and cities for day excursions. We were very close to family and friends as well. There are no sheets, towels or dish clothes available with this rental. Difficult if flying in from out of province or country. Thank you for making our vacation one of the best.
