Cottage With Private Dock - Bob's Lake Oasis

Le lac n’est pas baignable plein d’algues à cet endroit les chalet n’est pas directement sur le bord de l’eauDans le chalet c’était pas propre beaucoup de fourmis miniatures des coquerelles une odeur de moisissure les fenêtres des chambres ont des moustiquaires avec des trous donc beaucoup de moustiques si ont les ouvrent Les fenêtres au premiers sont toutes pleines de moustiques morts ce n’est pas propreTrès déçu surtout pour le prix de 3100 pour 7 jours avoir trouvé autre chose nous serions parti

We had a beautiful stay! This place was clean, and the ad aligned with what was available when we arrived. The kitchen was stacked with everything I needed to make a beautiful birthday buffet for our group. The back deck is a perfect place to enjoy food and drinks while taking in the beautiful view of the lake. The private dock served for meditations in the morning, group hangs during the day and a spectacular view of a very full moon. The sunroom with the pool table was so much fun. The host was very responsive. I have never visited Bob's Lake - this is a hidden gem in calm area that I highly recommend. 10 out of 10 with some very special memories made.

I think this property has great potential, but unfortunately, many details are lacking. The space was not clean (floors, ceilings, and windows all needed attention), and the furniture was very worn and in poor condition, which made it less inviting for a relaxing weekend.Another challenge was that no bedding was provided, which is difficult when traveling from another province by plane.We did enjoy the pool table, although it wasn’t level, which made playing a bit tricky.The highlight of our stay was definitely spending time on the dock and taking out the canoe and kayaks. While the lake does have quite a few weeds, it was still beautiful to paddle around and enjoy the scenery.

Excellent communication with owner and the cottage does require a walk down a very steep pathway to get to the water. The 2 kayaks provided and lifejackets, paddles were in excellent condition and it is possible to swim off the dock with a ladder. Since the dock sits high, it is tricky to launch a kayak, but can be done. The additional screen room is huge and has a pool table which is great for larger groups.

Had a great stay at cottage Roy! Very relaxing, great weather, beautiful lake, great fishing, quiet stay with a campfire at night, thanx for the unwind:) will do it again!
