Modern farmhouse w/ heated pool, beach, horses and winery in heart of North Fork

Awesome stay! The property is great, tucked in off a main road with a short (5 minute) drive to the beach. We spent a good amount of time in the pool that enjoyed plenty of sunlight. The kitchen and living room are open format which was great for watching the large TV and preparing dinner. The only (minor) drawback was that the bedrooms are stacked next to each other and the bathrooms are relatively small so make sure you are travelling with good friends or family. The host was highly communicative and addressed all of our needs throughout the stay. Would definitely return!

Morgan was a great host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Everything in the house was as expected, and the large living room with the enormous TV was great for our evenings and the location was great to explore Long Island. Our dog had a great time in the backyard with a ton of space to run.

This Mattituck rental was clean, airy, and well kept. The pool was heated and the yard was large and fun for kids! We would recommend this rental. Thanks for a fun week! carol and gang!

The property was spacious and beautiful in a wooded setting with a glistening pool. The house itself was well laid out for cooking and conversation. Lots of spots to lounge inside and outside. Kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor grill was nice too. We really appreciated the fenced yard for our pup and the resident car stickers for beach access. The area is beautiful with beaches vineyards farm market and cute towns.
