Modern Wintergreen Cabin with Hot Tub, Sauna

Nicely furnished, with a lot of space. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside deck.

Perfection in the woods is the best way to describe it. My kids wanted to move in. Host was active and communicated everything in advance. There were zero surprises in the listing and everything was provided as stated. About the property - great spot down the other side of the mountain that is away from the main center property. Close to all the trails and easy to get down the mountain to the breweries. Everyone encountered was respectful and friendly to the point of culture shock from being in a metro area. There is zero noise for 99 percent of the time save for a passing car, and most of them are electric these days.All in all, zero regrets, the host and property nailed everything. Mark it down in your calendars and book it now.

I want to be VERY clear, this is a nice house, great location and we enjoyed our stay. With that said, the house needs maintenance, some TLC. I had to contact the renter several times about certain things because I didn't want to get charged for it, and the renter was great in communicating with me. The patio furniture needs updating, the living room sofa is stained, 2 knobs on the stove were completely broken in which I could not reattach, knobs on various cabinets are loose (I actually tightened some of them myself), therewasn't enough hot water for my wife and I to each shower, and we had 3 teenage boys with us, we really had to schedule showers. Something has to be wrong with the hot water heater. That sounds like a lot, but they are easy fixes.

The home was so cozy. Lots of room for everyone. We loved the big table outside for eating as it was a beautiful weekend. In the morning, we were able to enjoy lounging with coffee on the comfy outdoor furniture. In the evening, we toasted marshmallows and later enjoyed the hot tub. We were only a few blocks walk from a trailhead leading to great hiking trails. We had a wonderful experience with family!

Home was very beautiful and exactly as described. Enjoyed my stay will come again
