The place was located with in walking distance of downtown. No issues with parking. The only issue was the hot water. We did not have enough when the upstairs tenants were there. A few cold showers were taken.

This place is in a great location in a quiet street with free parking. It is a first floor space in an old building, so you hear every step the tenants or housekeeper made upstairs. This is an historic home and is decorated cute, but has some issues. Bathroom is not attached to bedroom, but rather through kitchen. Back patio is rather sparse. No plants, rather plain and uninviting. There was a bird nest in the fan which kept us from enjoying the patio as the bird was having a no visitors policy. Bed was comfortable, as were other furnishings. Very clean.

Great property. Walking distance to many historic sites. Kitchen well stocked. Patio was wonderful. Easy access on and off interstate. The complimentary bottle of wine was an added bonus. Highly recommend this site.

We loved our time at your property. Our only disappointment was the outside patio. Cushions were wet from ceiling leak and had bird droppings on. Maybe have them cleaned and kept inside. Such a nice area for reading and morning coffee.

This property was small but quaint. It has a lovely outdoor patio. We were comfortably able to visit with family that came for the day. I will be recommending this property to friends and i will look to rent it again.

Cute 1 BR ground floor apartment with a back patio was comfortable for hubby and I. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, garbage bags dish soap and dishwasher. We rented a car but almost everything was within walkable distance. I would stay here again.

Perfect location for walking to everything in Savannah. We parked our car and other than our day trip to Tybee Island we did not need to drive anywhere. The home was clean and was well stocked with the basics.

Great little place to relax. I recommend kicking back on the back patio with one of the many books available. Communication and instructions were clear with quick responses. Plenty of available street parking. Walking to the riverfront takes less than 30 minutes. The large grocery store is also a walk away. (Avoid that place in the afternoons, it’s crazy town) The only thing to keep in mind is that this is below other residences. Plenty of foot traffic and overheard conversations. We would still choose this property for a future stay.

Very clean. Safe neighborhood. We like to walk, so we walked downtown every day to explore, shop and eat. There are a lot of retail stores and restaurants/bars to choose from with a wide variety of selections. We also did the hop on/off trolley which we really enjoyed.

It was a nice location and easily walkable to several highlights in the city. Unfortunately the fan in the bedroom didn’t work properly and the bathtub had hair in it which could have been from the housekeeper but nonetheless there. The property managers were super responsive and checkin was easy. Overall a cute place for a short weekend away.

Such a cute place in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, good walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Less than a 20 min walk to River St. The apartment was very clean & decorated well. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend to others for a nice place to stay in Savannah!

The location was great but the cleanliness of the apartment was not great. The shower liner was moldy, the place smelled like cat pee, and it just felt dirty. I had great hopes for this place, it was unfortunately a bit of a disappointment.

The home was very clean and cozy. It felt like I stepped back in time with the homes and beautiful sidewalks. The home is walking distance to some beautiful areas. There is so much to do we will definitely be back.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. Bed and pillows were not that great. The sheets had hairs on them and the sheets in general weren’t comfortable. The living room couch was not comfortable and they could use a bigger tv. Overall, it was ok.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was convenient to get everywhere, parking was easy and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only downside is that it’s under another apartment and the upstairs noise can be a lot. I think there were children staying above us and we could definitely hear them running around, but it wasn’t so much that we wouldn’t stay here again. Check in and out were super easy and we appreciated all the amenities.

This is a really small space, maybe 600 sq ft. so if your plan is just to find a place to lay your head down and that’s it then your only obstacles will be the barking dog next door or the neighbors above you, because you’ll hear every discussion and footstep from them. Obviously, these places are very old on Jones St so you will have lots of creaks and such. This one could use some maintenance though, rotted trim in bathroom, huge gaps under back door to let bugs and water in and definitely don’t look under the bathroom cabinet. Because we didn’t want to stress out on our vacation, we never said anything to the manager, but we were very close to just leaving and checking in at a hotel. I’ve stayed at another property in the 300 block of Jones St before and it was amazing, the 500 block, not so much. I booked this one bc of all the great reviews, so I wanted to make sure people know what they’re getting into here.

This was the perfect spot. We enjoyed our stay so much. We walked everywhere. All the goods of Savannah just a walk from our door. The place was better than expected. Plenty of room. Warm and inviting. Felt like we were home.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a little get away to Savannah. We parked and didn't move the van till we left. It was an easy check in and we enjoyed it being conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit. We walked everywhere we went except the one day we did the trolley tour. You will not be disappointed with the location.

This superb apartment was in an ideal location, incredibly well maintained/outfitted, and a wonderful retreat after a day of walking, site seeing and dining. Great communications in the lead-up to check-in, and super-helpful information provided in the apartment. This was exactly as described in the listing.

Clean property, great location, and within relatively close proximity to most amenities. 4/5 stars overall because I wish the check out time was a little later. Preferably 12 instead of 11. Otherwise, I loved it. Highly recommended.

This property was in a perfect location on beautiful Jones Street. The walkability was perfect, and parking was never an issue. This was the perfect property for a weekend away exploring Savannah!

Very clean. Safe neighborhood. We like to walk, so we walked downtown every day to explore, shop and eat. There are a lot of retail stores and restaurants/bars to choose from with a wide variety of selections. We also did the hop on/off trolley which we really enjoyed.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a little get away to Savannah. We parked and didn't move the van till we left. It was an easy check in and we enjoyed it being conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit. We walked everywhere we went except the one day we did the trolley tour. You will not be disappointed with the location.

Such a cute place in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, good walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Less than a 20 min walk to River St. The apartment was very clean & decorated well. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend to others for a nice place to stay in Savannah!

This apartment worked perfectly for my partner and I during our visit to Savannah. The location is close enough to Forsyth park to make walking everywhere a breeze but far enough away that our street was quiet and quaint. It was a great cozy retreat at the end of a long day of exploring Savannah. I especially appreciated that we could park on the street for free without having to think about metered parking.

This property was in a wonderful location if you have a car or don’t. We loved the back patio! This made a great place to explore Savannah from. We will definitely book again if we come back to Savannah!

Place is as listed. Nothing wrong with unit and it was very comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable as first time in Savannah. We personally would have preferred at least one TV being 42” or larger. The porch is very nice to sit and listen to the birds, but just be alert that other units have access to walk through to the gate outside. Would still recommend a booking, lovely area.

The apartment was great , in a beautiful and quiet area and had easy access to the main attractions. It was furnished well and spacious and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need. There was a rear patio area, which was nice to sit outside. Really large comfy bed ,a real home from home , we had a great break

The city ordinance about street sweeping was a pain. I was able to find a spot on the opposite side of the street about a block away to park because parking is not allowed on Friday morning from 0030-0400 on the apartment side. There were two vehicles parked that violated this and were still there in the morning. The best part is that the sweeper did not even pass.
