A Port in the Storm - Shangri La Isle of Armstrong

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. The pool was a wonderful bonus and was enjoyed every day. The location was convenient for exploring Savannah, Tybee Island, and the surrounding area while still being in a quiet neighborhood.Check-in was easy, the house was well-maintained, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We especially appreciated the comfortable gathering spaces that allowed our family to spend quality time together.We would happily stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base for a Savannah-area vacation.

What a quirky property! A great space for a big group, though some of the bed accommodations are going to be a little... whimsical? As is the reality for big rental properties like this one. But for the proximity to both Savannah and Tybee, this place was perfect and a great value for how spacious it was!We unfortunately didn't get to use the pool much due to rainy weather, but it seemed lovely. There's cleaning equipment (namely a large net) to get the bugs and critters out of the water, if needed.The quirkiness of the house is built-in. It's a big ol' rental, after all. Water pressure can be confusing and we never figured out the light switches– what's on? What's this one do? Why do they all have dimmer settings that sometimes work and sometimes don't?But it was a blast. Look at that balcony. Great big kitchen. Slightly weird driveway, but lots of space to park. Also, being at the very front of the street? Kind of a nice perk!Would stay again!

Such a beautiful home and awesome backyard

We had a great stay with plenty of room for our group. House was clean with all the essentials and easy to find location. The only issue was inconsistent water pressure when trying to shower.

The house is beautiful and well set up for a family trip. The neighborhood is peaceful and wonderful for a quiet stroll. Will definitely stay here again.
