Great property, about 5-8 minutes driving from main attractions and very quiet. Next door is nice grocery store, restaurants is walking distance. Rooms are cleans and nice. They have pool for babies, pool for adults and older kids and thermal pool. Friendly personal and good breakfast! I would definitely stay there again!

Termal bir otel arayışıyla bulduğum Ece Otel gerek odaların hepsinde küvet ve termal su vanası bulunmasıyla gerek açık kapalı sıcak ve termal havuzlarıyla çok doğru bir seçenek oldu. Ayrıca konaklamamız boyunca resepsiyondan İbrahim bey bize çok yardımcı oldu. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü, odamızı çok beğendik. Tekrar gelmek isteriz, her şey için teşekkürler

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. There are all the necessary services at an affordable price (indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including thermal waters, massage). Polite and attentive staff. Quiet and picturesque area. All the main attractions located in the province are very close. Definitely recommend. It is better to make hotel reservations in advance.

Superb property with excellent staff... Loved the pools, especially the thermal ones... The property had multiple pools, both indoors and outside... Fantastic experience staying with family.. Centrally located with shopping markets nearby... Best place to stay when visiting Pamukkale

This was a good try when the hotel was built: You even have the hot spring tap in your bath which looks like a mini pool. However it now feels that the entire village is stuck 30 years back in time. Hot tubs and swimming pools are open all day and night, but the hot spring water is not filtered. They offer spa and massage services which are being done by the same girls that are doing the cleaning. Perhaps they are too busy with those tasks, as it looks like the cleaning have not been done for ages: entire bathroom is covered in rust and limescale. Dated furniture with cigarette holes, mattress feels worn for at least 15 years as you could easily fall rolling from one side of it. The worst hotel I have ever stayed.

The hotel room was so hot when we arrived and it took 3 full hours to cool off once we turned it on. I get that they want to conserve energy when guests are not using rooms, but when you have a booked reservation and expecting guests in a room, on a hot summer day, have the air turned on and the room cool and ready. The staff was super pleasant and the hotel quiet. Very clean.

Otelin,havuzların, odanın temizliği çok iyi. Odadaki mobilyalar oldukça yeni, kullanışlı, konforluydu. Kaldığımız odadan ve hizmetlerden otelin konumundan oldukça memnun kaldık. Bizim için tek olumsuz yanı, restaurantın kapalı alanının yetersiz olması ve kahvaltı çeşidinin vasat olması, kalitesiz ve hijyenik görünmüyordu. Aç olarak kalktık.

Oda temizliği yeterli, çift kişilik yatak kötü durumda, bir tarafı çökmüş. Uzun zamandır bu şekilde gibi görünüyor. Oda içerisinde fazladan bir yatak vardı onu kullandım. Çift kişilik yatak bu şekilde kalmaya devam ederse yeniden konaklamayı istemezdim.

Özellikle 3 yıldızlı olması acaba kötü müdür sorusu kafamda oluşmuştu ancak gidip konakladıktan sonra aslında 4 yıldızı kesinlikle hakkediyor. Sanırım oda sayısından dolayı 3 yıldız ama konfor ve kalite 5 olmasa bile 4. Girişte bizi karşılayan resepsiyon görevlisi Ozan Bey (ismini yanlış hatırlıyor olabilirim kusura bakmasın lütfen) çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar çok temiz, ferah ve yeniydi. Havuzlar temizdi. Küçük olmasına rağmen doluluğu kaldırıyor. Açık havuzun ısıtmalı oluşu ve 24 saat açık olması çok büyük artı oluşturdu gözümde. Gece 2 derecede havuza girmek güzel bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltısı öyle aman aman değildi ama beklentinizi düşük tutarsanız problem olmaz. Kısaca güzeldi ve tekrara geleceğim. Teşekkür ederim.

The hotel room was so hot when we arrived and it took 3 full hours to cool off once we turned it on. I get that they want to conserve energy when guests are not using rooms, but when you have a booked reservation and expecting guests in a room, on a hot summer day, have the air turned on and the room cool and ready. The staff was super pleasant and the hotel quiet. Very clean.

Otelin,havuzların, odanın temizliği çok iyi. Odadaki mobilyalar oldukça yeni, kullanışlı, konforluydu. Kaldığımız odadan ve hizmetlerden otelin konumundan oldukça memnun kaldık. Bizim için tek olumsuz yanı, restaurantın kapalı alanının yetersiz olması ve kahvaltı çeşidinin vasat olması, kalitesiz ve hijyenik görünmüyordu. Aç olarak kalktık.

Personeller çok iyi niyetli ve güleryüzlü. Özellikle Gözde hanımı tebrik ediyorum. Kendisi gün içinde tek başına herşeye koşuyor maşallah. Ama akşam vardiyasındaki "erkek" personel için aynısını söyleyemeyeceğim. Misafirlere "sen" diye hitap eden, otelin genel kalitesini yansıtmayan bir arkadaş. Otel küçük bir hotel. Yaz tatilindeki büyük otellere alıştıysanız burda hayal kırıklığına uğrayabilirsiniz. Restoran kısmında verilen kahvaltı ve ücretli akşam yemekleri,snackler güzeldi. Pamukkale\'nin geneline kıyasla güzel bir otel ama 6/10 puan ideal. 8 ve üzeri haketmediğini düşünüyorum. İç mekan ve dış mekan havuzlar,tavanlar,kapılar,vb. alanların elden geçmesi lazım gelmekte yavaş yavaş.Kalıcı kirlenmeler oluşmaya başlamış. Gençlerden ziyade yaşlılar için ve mutahasıp kesim için daha ideal bir otel. Ama bu konuda oteli suçlayamam yapacak bir şey yok. Havuzların genelde boş ve sakin olması, ailenizle izole bir tatil yapmanıza olanak tanıyor. Fiyat olarak ise bence %20-25 daha ucuz olmalı. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Fiyatlar uygundu. Çocuklarımız çok keyif aldı tatilden. Büyükler olarak biz de keyif aldık. Aynı zamanda dinlendik. Ütü hizmeti pek iyi değildi, onun dışında her şey çok iyiydi.

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. There are all the necessary services at an affordable price (indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including thermal waters, massage). Polite and attentive staff. Quiet and picturesque area. All the main attractions located in the province are very close. Definitely recommend. It is better to make hotel reservations in advance.

Favorite is nice. I asked them airport Transport Service in advance ,but they didn’t prepare anything. Just in the morning,they called taxi even I remain them when I was checking in. There are some options but they don’t support me.Or they didn’t understand well. Only one man can speak English.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, das Hotel ist allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen und könnte im allgemeinen sauber sein

Great property, about 5-8 minutes driving from main attractions and very quiet. Next door is nice grocery store, restaurants is walking distance. Rooms are cleans and nice. They have pool for babies, pool for adults and older kids and thermal pool. Friendly personal and good breakfast! I would definitely stay there again!

I loved this spot. Pamukkale is the best . Hotel is clean and comfortable . Swimming pool and sauna are open 24 hours . Personnel was very kind and helpful . Breakfast is not continental. I could not find any biscuits or croissant and I was starving:( . The rest perfect

Favorite is nice. I asked them airport Transport Service in advance ,but they didn’t prepare anything. Just in the morning,they called taxi even I remain them when I was checking in. There are some options but they don’t support me.Or they didn’t understand well. Only one man can speak English.

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. There are all the necessary services at an affordable price (indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including thermal waters, massage). Polite and attentive staff. Quiet and picturesque area. All the main attractions located in the province are very close. Definitely recommend. It is better to make hotel reservations in advance.
