We had the most perfect few days at your wonderful hotel! Everything was so easy, clean and beautiful. The bicycles were a nice surprise as were the afternoon cookies! We were sad to leave, but already looking forward to our next trip!

Wonderful stay in the Walker Suite. Clean, comfortable, light and fresh. Within a short walking distance of all the tours, restaurants, and shops. We also took advantage of their bikes and toured the area. We will stay here again

This place was such a weird vibe I can’t explain it. The property was nice enough, save for some dead trees. We have stayed at other buildings of Lark and frankly have not had the best stays. This will be the end of staying in Kennebunkport Lark Hotels for us. The rooms were musty air quality, like a basement. The mattress was hard and lumpy. Pillows and sheets were good. The furniture was weird as hell and the tv was the size of an iPad. I found the whole place depressing and we left early. The coffee in the room and at the lame breakfast was also undrinkable. All that and you overpay a ridiculous amount of money. Never again!!

What a great stay at AWOL. We will definitely be back! I only gave it a 4 stars vs 5 stars as room was a little musty smelling and our phones wouldn’t charge in the outlets but worked with our same plug in our cars. Seems like moisture was a little issue.

Nice room. Surprised there was no bottled water in room when we arrive late. Breakfast hours are not told so we missed it by a few minutes. The young lady said she had nothing to drink….not even water. We asked about trolley and a couple other things and she told us to check in town. The hotel stated they had “personal concierge”, but we did not experience. Overall nice room, but tiny bathroom.

We stayed only one night at this Inn. I know they had to make due with what the rooms offer, but our bathroom was so small it was like you could brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet! At any rate, staff is friendly and it's very walkable into town. We had to leave early, so we did not have breakfast.

The service in this hotel was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The room however was not great. We had a room with. King size bed. The room was too small. There was only a two-feet space around the bed! So there was no chairs or any table in the room. The mattress was also extremely poor. It sagged completely on one side so while sleeping, it felt like you are in a hammock! I would have rated this hotel as excellent if the room was slightly larger and the king size mattress was not as bad as it was.

It is difficult to understand the remote control for the air conditioner. There is no explanation but symbols. We could hear our neighbors' conversations. They seemed to focus on expressing their design talents in combining modern ideas and classic ones, but forgot about the most important facts: comfort and simplicity.

My stay at the AWOL was wonderful - I especially enjoyed the deluxe cabin. Coffee in front of the fireplace in the morning was lovely, and the bed in the deluxe cabin was very comfortable.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The very nice lady that checked us in answered all our questions on what to see and do while in town. The young lady that set up breakfast for us was helpful with more information about the area very nice.

Lovely from start to finish! Brandi and Rosemary were so welcoming. We arrived early and Brandi greeted us, welcomed us to park onsite and texted us as soon as a room was available. Rosemary gave us a fabulous overview of the area, and we followed up on several of her recommendations. Breakfast each morning was both a feast for both the eyes and the appetite. Location is walkable to shops and restaurants and a very short drive to local beaches. This was a second stay at a Lark property and we will definitely seek them out for future travel.

What a gem! Great location. Our only hiccup was the code to get into the main hotel building wasn’t shared with us and it was a cold night and we were locked out. We loved the breakfast in the morning.

We stayed only one night at this Inn. I know they had to make due with what the rooms offer, but our bathroom was so small it was like you could brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet! At any rate, staff is friendly and it's very walkable into town. We had to leave early, so we did not have breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and well done. Breakfast each day was wonderful as well. You can walk into town - the hotel is in a very convenient location.

Lovely property - we’ve stayed in the main house and in the cabins and both are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is great - plenty of hot and cold options. I would suggest having bottled water in the rooms.

Perfect location for exploring Kennebunkport! Close to Dock Street and a quick walk, bike ride or car ride to colony beach/parsons trail! It was nice to leave the car and walk to dining and shops! They offered bikes and beach chairs, as well as a beach bag and towels -perfect for our day at the beach!

Wonderful historic property updated with in-house suites & cabin-style lodgings. Adequate parking. Room was comfortable, new bathrooms & nice breakfast area. The breakfast itself was TDF!! The neighborhood is authentic. Walkable to downtown. Highly recommend.

The room was very cute, had a lovely stay, and breakfast is surprisingly excellent, very quaint and great place to stay. Fantastic location to be able to reach all parts of Kennebunkport!
