The house was a great location for the wedding we were attending this weekend.But this house needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. The yard needs a lot of cleanup/maintenance to even be presentable. So many broken things and trash that need to be cleaned up. The garbage can outside doesn't have wheels. The garage has so many gross/broken/filthy mops, vacuums and brooms. It definitely doesn't look like they get used at all in the house.One of the sliding glass doors doesn't lock which is VERY concerning because that is the room some of our kids were in.The pool needs to be heated even in 90 degree weather because the yard is so shaded.The dishwasher is literally falling out of the cabinet. The kitchen was very dirty with food/crumbs on the counter tops and in the drawers when we arrived.Friday, someone was supposed to come clean the pool. We were gone most of the day, but it was definitely not cleaned while we were gone and we left the screen doors unlocked for the cleaner. Lots of debris in the pool. There is also a dead snake that has been there for quite some time in one of the corners under some chairs. The bathrooms need cleaning too.So many outlets in the house don't have power at all or won't hold a cord because they are so old.My kids really enjoyed the pool table. They would have enjoyed the pool more if the water was warmer. Heating the pool should be included with stay.A fresh coat of paint would be a huge help, but truly cleaning would be the best.

We were in Tampa for a celebration of life and had 9 family members with us. This home was the perfect set up with the 4 bedrooms to each give us space. The pool table and pool (we paid extra to have it heated in March) was absolutely perfect for our teenagers to use daily.

House is a good set up, pool was nice, but dishwasher and sink weren’t working well.
