Great stay, beautiful cosy accommodation. Our second stay. Great views of the Grampians in the distance. Outdoor fire and cosy fire indoors. Excellent kitchen facilities and Bluetooth speaker.

Cute little property with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Super clean home with all the basics, lots of firewood, snack/homemade cookies for the kids and so much area for them to run around in! Only a 20 min drive to both Hamilton and Dunkeld, making it a great base. Will be back for sure!Thanks again Annie

Very nice place for a relaxing getaway. Loved the fireplace , all was very clean and tidy. Lots of extra stuff to keep our little fella entertained. Would highly recommend

Loved it great accommodation with a lovely ambiance and great location would suggest a non slip mat in the shower/bath otherwise all great.
