Dog-Friendly Mashpee Condo with Pool access

Everything was great! Loved the property!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean. Not sure if the last people who rented had an animal but their was a smell and the carpet next to the couch was wet. I immediately let them know. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely like to rent again.

Nice unit and location convenient to the golf course and other locations in Mashpee and the amenities at New Seabury. Only comment is there was a leash hanging and a slight odor of a dog. One of our guests was allergic to dogs and had to take his inhaler several times and we thought it was in reaction to their being a dog in that unit regularly. But other than that, we enjoyed the stay and it was a nice spot.

All went smoothly and the house was perfect for the four of us!Just an fyi that there is a fitness center right next to the community pool. The pool was available to us, but not the fitness center (that's for New Seabury Club members only). We weren't promised the fitness center so it wasnt an issue for us, but we were a little confused.Highly recommend this house!

Communication was not good. We experienced a broken air conditioner unit which took 3-4 days to fix, and only because I texted multiple times each day. There was no propane in the tank attached to the grill, so we had to pay for a fill-up out-of-pocket. We had questions about tv and trash pickup that were answered very strangely (“remotes are usually by the tv, try looking there,” and “take the trash with you to keep the unit clean for the next guests”). Check-out instructions were lacking, so we did the best we could with used towels and bed sheets and clean dishes. I don’t know, this stay was just okay. I’d stay again, knowing what to expect, but for the amount of money we paid to stay, I feel like this place needs a bit of a facelift.
