The home was beautiful and as described. We loved using the kayaks and canoe, and appreciated the house being so well stocked with everyday items. Chao was excellent with communicating, providing updates, and being being reachable. We plan to book this house again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The location was perfect, and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. The serene surroundings added to the charm of our getaway. Our kids had a blast kayaking in the lake – it was definitely the highlight of their trip. We enjoyed every moment and left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended for families seeking a relaxing and enjoyable retreat.

We all enjoyed our stay, esp. the kids who could play in the sand on the beach a very short distance from the property. The property sits next to the same lake with access to the owners canoe and kayak. The large basement area with king bedroom and full bath does not have A/C but there are ceiling fans and the temperature was fine even with the 85 degree temp outside. A great spot.

We all loved this house. Very clean, spacious and updated with a lot of things you’d normally need to bring already provided (sheets, pots, pans, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, etc.) Great host, beautiful location. Would most certainly stay here again.

The property is nicely situated as a base for daytrips on the cape and islands. The house was clean and well equipped with daily essentials. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and was very pleasant to deal with. The pond can be accessed from the property and we made use of the host's kayak and canoe during our stay. Good fishing can be had on the pond as well.

Overall we really did enjoy our stay! The house was spacious (there were 6 of us) and clean. The view of the lake was beautiful. While the house is not on the beach, it is in a beautiful spot with easy access to pretty much anywhere on the Cape! The public beach is 20 minutes away.The kitchen was well stocked and the WiFi was good.Communication with host was easy. This was a great place for my family. Clean house and easy contact with owner. Beautiful views with kayak and canoe for a tranquil trip around the lake. The downstairs bedroom and family room was great for my son’s family who woke up a little earlier than the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were thrilled to stay at this peaceful, relaxing home. The property is spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed the expansive decks which overlooked a spectacular waterfront view. Property was everything I was hoping for.Quiet, central, nice.We enjoyed the lake a lot.The water access was a bit rocky, but we really enjoyed it.Boats provided were an unexpected treat, and we enjoyed it a lot.Communication was almost immediate and always friendly and helpful.Expensive, but worth it.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely, two-level home. It’s very clean with comfy beds. We had nice evening walks in their quaint neighborhood; it was also a convenient drive into historic Sandwich. The only bummer was thinking that we’d be able to use the kayaks & canoe. My three teenagers were very disappointed. The site should make it clear that those are only available between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Otherwise, great place!

Stay was good. Furniture & kitchen dated. Not a lot of inside room to sit and catch up. TV’s very small. Front door was a bit tricky. We left at exactly check out time & cleaners were literally sitting in the driveway! Overall good location so if you are not spending a great deal of time at the property it is a good find.

Chao was an extremely responsive host. The house was a perfect set up for me and my family. There was 3 families using the 3 bedrooms / baths + the couches and office space. All was great except the one of the toilets broke but Chao came from a far distance to try and get it fixed on the spot. Although it was broke during our stay, we very much appreciated the response and all the effort made to get it sorted out. It didn't derail the vacation weekend so we are very happy with the stay and the location! Thank you Chao!

With a last minute decision to go to the Cape for vacation, we were blessed to have found such a beautiful place nestled in the Forestdale part of Sandwich on Snake Pond. Minutes away from Falmouth beaches and Mashpee commons. We enjoyed different adventures everyday, including fishing in the pond and staying at the beach on the pond, Martha’s Vineyard , shopping and Nobska Beach. The inside is immaculate and well kept, the host Chao, was super responsive and great to chat with. My entire family plus extended all stayed comfortably for the week. With an open kitchen/dining room concept even meal prep was enjoyable for the whole family. A nice quiet location my wife and I were able to drink our early morning coffee, enjoying the beautiful sunrise from our deck. At night we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the beach 2 minutes away from the house. It was truly an amazing week and we didn’t want it to end! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely home!

The house I chose for my sisters, our husbands and myself was perfect for our Cape Cod vacation. The location was centrally located which made our trips to various places relatively easy. As an added plus, the house was on a lake which made relaxing after a busy day, that much easier. There was plenty of room, was very clean and had lot of additional amenities. In addition, the host quickly responded to all inquiries I had related to the house. I would definitely stay at this house again if I am in that area.

This was a great place for my family. Clean house and easy contact with owner. Beautiful views with kayak and canoe for a tranquil trip around the lake. The downstairs bedroom and family room was great for my son’s family who woke up a little earlier than the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were thrilled to stay at this peaceful, relaxing home. The property is spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed the expansive decks which overlooked a spectacular waterfront view. The house was well appointed, with everything from a complete set of kitchen appliances, smart TVs, and comfortable seating for quiet reading. Our attentive host was available to answer questions, but never intruded into our idyllic stay. We highly recommend this property. We will return!

Property was everything I was hoping for.Quiet, central, nice.We enjoyed the lake a lot.The water access was a bit rocky, but we really enjoyed it.Boats provided were an unexpected treat, and we enjoyed it a lot.Communication was almost immediate and always friendly and helpful.Expensive, but worth it.

Beautiful property located on a pond. We visited Provincetown and the cape, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard and found this to be a great central location from ferry docks and other points of interest. Highly recommend the property for anyone visiting.

We enjoyed a restful stay on the lake this winter. The woods and lake were beautiful. The house is a short drive to restaurants and shops. Even in the off season, there was plenty to do!

With a last minute decision to go to the Cape for vacation, we were blessed to have found such a beautiful place nestled in the Forestdale part of Sandwich on Snake Pond. Minutes away from Falmouth beaches and Mashpee commons. We enjoyed different adventures everyday, including fishing in the pond and staying at the beach on the pond, Martha’s Vineyard , shopping and Nobska Beach. The inside is immaculate and well kept, the host Chao, was super responsive and great to chat with. My entire family plus extended all stayed comfortably for the week. With an open kitchen/dining room concept even meal prep was enjoyable for the whole family. A nice quiet location my wife and I were able to drink our early morning coffee, enjoying the beautiful sunrise from our deck. At night we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the beach 2 minutes away from the house. It was truly an amazing week and we didn’t want it to end! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely home!

The property is nicely situated as a base for daytrips on the cape and islands. The house was clean and well equipped with daily essentials. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and was very pleasant to deal with. The pond can be accessed from the property and we made use of the host's kayak and canoe during our stay. Good fishing can be had on the pond as well.

Overall we really did enjoy our stay! The house was spacious (there were 6 of us) and clean. The view of the lake was beautiful. While the house is not on the beach, it is in a beautiful spot with easy access to pretty much anywhere on the Cape! The public beach is 20 minutes away.The kitchen was well stocked and the WiFi was good.Communication with host was easy. They were very responsive to every question we had both ahead of the stay and during.

The house and the surroundings were beautiful. Right on a wonderful Cape Cod pond. The place was as described; perfect for our family - spaces to be together and enough rooms to spread out, too. Favorite part was coffee on the deck overlooking the trees and the pond. Host was very accommodating and responsive. We'd go again.

Our family absolutely love this vacation home! The house is extremely clean, and is well stocked with everything a family would need. The owner, Chao, is super responsive, friendly and helpful. They are so generous with all the supplies and everything is laid out so beautifully and conveniently, from paper towels, soaps, shampoos, hand soaps, coffee pods … down to the q-tip jar placed in each bedroom …All of the supplies are plentiful: trash bags, coffee pods, paper goods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, aluminum foils, …. At other vacation rentals, we normally have to buy supplies for our family. However, at this vacation home, we didn’t have to buy anything.The view of the pond is gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. The whole house is so peaceful. It is truly a piece of paradise! Our family had a wonderful, relaxing and restful weekend.Thank you very much, Chao!

This home is warm and cozy. Extremely clean. We loved morning coffee on the deck. We felt like we were home. We cooked in the beautiful kitchen and played cards in the dining room.
