Modern rooftop home in Midtown

This is the perfect location for a family getaway or friends. Very convenient to the city in a quiet neighborhood!!

The property for our needs perfectly. There are a number of balconies and living spaces which is perfect for group travel. Great stay and excellent responsiveness from the host.

I was blown away by the pictures, which is what led me to select this space to stay. I struggled getting WiFi upon my arrival and Carrie must’ve known because she sent me the check in code. The home is more vertical than the pictures depict, but that did not take away from the fact that 14 of my family members were able to stay there with no issues in regard to space. The neighborhood doesn’t appear to be safe based on the other homes on the block, but we had no safety concerns once we were there. The location was idea from every family reunion event we had to attend. The only amenity this place is missing is a swimming pool! I would definitely book again.

This place is awesome. Lots of room for everyone indoors and out. Convenient to all sorts of places (silver skillet, Atlantic station, etc) - and anywhere downtown. If we need a place in Atlanta we will be back here 100%

While this is an interesting home in a reasonable location for the purposes of our stay our overall review is mediocre at best. We had been in communication with the manager multiple times prior to our stay and yet simple things were overlooked. Check in was at 4 pm yet we did not receive any information about check in until after 4 pm the day of arrival. Upon arrival the only correspondence was the WiFi code; no information about arrival or departure instructions or any information on the house at all. We had asked about hot tub prior to anrrival and yet we had to find and turn on the breaker and then it was in lock mode in German. When someone came to look at it was too late to use and we had no opportunity the rest of the weekend. The sleeper sofas did not have bedding on them so we had to call to get sheets brought over. The quality was also poor for sleeping so our guest used the memory foam mattresses in the closets in the downstairs. There were no sheets for these mattresses in the house. So we called and asked for sheets for these full size mattresses. When brought to the house they gave us new sheets:unwashed and the wrong size, twin. My 85 year old mother cut her foot on a piece of broken glass in the downstairs bedroom on the floor. Some of the tvs did not work; the main tv had batteries putting backwards and they also were dead. We had to call for batteries for the main floor tv. iinformation until after 4 pm the day of arrival.
